Yesterday's performance reminded me of the gutless play we used to get from Trent Edwards. So many times on 3rd and 8 or 9 Trubiski was throwing passes as far as the line of scrimmage.
He'll get 3 more games before Tomlin yanks him for the rookie.
Considering Baltimore, Buffalo, Cleveland, LAC and Houston have all moved on from him as their QB, I think he'll have a hard time getting much sympathy from a judge or jury about losing out on starter money.
The only good thing I can think of about this format is that if the games were in a true doubleheader format like in previous years, I would've been on the couch watching football and its excessive commercials for 6-7 hours. This way it'll only be 3+ hours of being a sofa spud and I'll be blitzed by half the commercials.
I thought I felt the Earth move.
Good for him and the Giants though, and always happy to see an NFC team beat an AFC team. I just hope it doesn't light a fire under the Titans *** though.
For the most part the Titans are one dimensional, stop Henry and your chances of winning are really good. We added three new DTs who are pretty good at doing just that.
