  1. "What difference at this point does it make?" Whether she lied to her own family by saying it was a planned attack, or whether she lied to the American people by saying it was spontaneous and blaming an internet video... It won't matter.... The fact there were over 600 requests for more security in Libya, she blew off because she never "personally" got those emails.. Somehow while that is also unbelievable watch, someone here will defend that because she had her own email server and then defend it even though that of itself was illegal. Here's the really fun part though... Obama is said to have ended 2 wars huh? And of course, Hill played a major role in that huh? And we can expect to hear that repeated over the next few months.... Problem is... the wars in Iraq and Afgan have only escalated recently, and our own participation is obvious, except that the news networks don't run a body count on the nightly like they did when GWB was in office. But even worse, was PBOs deciding to oust dictators in Libya, Egypt, and Syria and now those acts have blown up in pour faces.... Yup.... almost, sorta, tryin to... end 2 wars, and created 3 others.... But... by now you know.... "What difference at this point does it make?"
  2. Ah come on!!! Quit picking on Bernie!!! Heck, everyone knows he's not the brightest bulb in the POTUS race except for a handful of supporters equally lacking any basic intelli..... Oh, wait... guess that explains 52 pages of bloviating....
  3. And this judge makes a good point... In itself, the SCOTUS just made law since there is no current federal law defining marriage. However, there are state laws defining marriage, and the judge in the OP is actually bound by the laws of the state of KY which DOES define marriage. But don't make the mistake of this being all about state rights.... To a point it is, but the bigger issue will be the 1st....
  4. Good idea... And maybe government should reciprocate??
  5. And it happened while POTUS was in Alaska... SMH....
  6. Can opened, worms all over the floor.... The Supremes ruled that gays have a "right" to marriage, while this lady has claimed her Constitutional right of religious freedom. The 1st states that "Congress shall make no law regarding the establishment, nor the free exercise thereof..... " In it, we have a challenge of a Constitutional right vs a perceived right through case law. This very act seems to say that case law can trump the Constitution. If that is in fact the case, how long before we begin to force churches and pastors to violate their beliefs or be thrown in jail? Personally, I like Tom's idea... Since the fed decided to interject, let them now bare the responsibility of issuing licenses... Or, just give it back to the churches where it started.. Why the F### is the government involved anyway?
  7. No... We hate everyone equally that messes with the innocent...
  8. I disagree.... I think people are really, really, turned off by the personal attacks in campaigns, and in government, which has gone on far too long. Especially in the Democrat Party, if you don't have an answer, you simply attack the other person's character... This is Christie... In fact I would argue, if Christie switched parties, I bet he would be able to give the Hill and serious run for the money... As a Republican, his career started and ends in NJ....
  9. Ah comeon... We ripped Russia off in the Seward Folly so it only stands to reason Obama would try to make amends by giving them the Arctic Ocean and all mineral rights.... It's ok though, they've agreed that when they drill horizontally under Alaska, we can inspect any time as long as we give them 24 day notice and clear it through the UN Security Council...
  10. Going into this debate, Trump led simply because he struck a cord with the American people. He cut through the PC crap and stated like it is. Last night, he had a great opportunity to begin to lay out a plan, but instead, almost looked to be playing defense. I get it, I ran a few campaigns many moons ago, you don't want to put it all out there too early, because you'll peak too soon... But he certainly shoulda thrown a bone so to speak....He won't gain anything, and may lose a few points. Other notes: Christie came off as a bloviating idiot in his argument with Paul. Defending NSA spying on the American people in a Republican debate? Paul gained points among Libertarians and Contsitutionists, Christie will more than likely lose his spot in the top 10 to Carly... Ben Carson is calm cool and collectively the most intelligent person in this race. Please, please, please, whoever wins the nomination, find a place for this man. I think he can help to heal a lot of the racial divide Obama has created almost overnight. He should have appeal to both minorities and the religious right. Bush tried too hard to pretend he was the adult on the stage, but we're in an era that doesn't want "nice"... They want results an an end to political correct crap. He will lose points too: Rubio and Cruz... Both had good nights, came off as very articulate, and on point, actually, you know, answering questions unlike some others like Kasich... Walker was somewhat neutral, nothing damaging, nothing earth shaking. Huck... wow... Perhaps the most charismatic candidate in the race from both sides. Is going to gain points among the right to life crowd, but boy is he going to get bashed in the media and from the women's rights crowd. Now here's the kicker... I would argue that in the last 2 elections, many conservatives stayed home because there was not a clear cut choice between Obama and McCain, or Obama and Romney. Conservatives have recently successfully kicked Reid and Pelosi to the curb, only to have them replaced by other establishment types in Boehner and McConnell and they are pissed!!!!! This is why Trump currently appeals to so many. Non establishment... If the nomination brings any of Bush, Kasich, Christie, or most of the bottom feeders, they will stay home again. But if you take the points held by Trump, Rubio, Cruz, Walker, Carly, and Carson and combine them (all the closest to non establishment), I think of those, you have the winner because they point all Rhinos hold, can't beat that...(I left Huck out as a wild card).... Oh, and an edit.... Gator is an idiot...
  11. Huck is having a good night
  12. Why, because he pointed out there is a Constitution? Sure made Christie spit vile crap though.. Now there's a blow hard
  13. Does ANY legislature pay attention to what they, or anyone else is doing other than their own re-election?
  14. Bill told her to mention something about wealth redistribution and women's rights!!!!!
  15. Islamic State... Where women wear Burqas and sheep live in fear... Daaa-aa---aa-----aad?
  16. Bullsh1t... Rashad, Moses, JD Hill, Chandler... It wasn't that we had no passing game, we had a coach, Saban, that chose not to use it...
  17. Wait... I thought I could log on through the Clinton server and all my email would be safely deleted!!!
  18. Heck, that's easy... (In my most stern voice) "Please fill out this form, be sure to answer all of this truthfully (nod, wink) and to the best of your knowledge. You are an undocumented worker (nod, wink) that we have no record of you (nod, wink) so we are relying on you (nod, wink) to be totally honest under penalty of violating (nod, wink) our immigration laws. "However, if it is found you have lied (nod, wink) on any of these forms, you will return to your status as an undocumented worker, there will be no record of this conversation or interview (nod, wink), so try again tomorrow and try next time, to remember not to repeat your wrong answer while you tell us your version of the truth (nod, wink)".....
  19. Wait.... wouldn't that insinuate that Obama has dictatorial powers?
  20. Hmmmmm.... WTF does she have to do with Obama and his love for Big Business????
  21. WOW.... you don't get it do you..... Let me put this out there for the feeble minded... The President mentioned people who pick our vegetables, and make our beds when referring to illegal immigrants... Isn't that statement itself demeaning to Hispanics? Might as well have added "and wash my toilet" in his speech... Who does this really benefit??? Certainly not me; I grow and pick my own, and can wipe my own ass thank you.... So let's see... cheap labor.... who benefits most from cheap labor???? Business???? Wages rise when business has to compete for workers.... No wonder they lobby for amnesty?? Since the economic downturn, wages have fallen, and this act, by a Democrat President Obama, will cause wages to fall even further by saturating the market with cheaper labor. We have 93 million people out of the labor force now due to the lack of jobs... It's been a business buyers market for that labor for years, which is what drove wages down... Obama, just added a few million to that growing list.... Obama just did more to benefit Big Business than Repubs have done combined in the last few decades.... Your President..... Obama, of Big Business.....
  22. nice try... I was speaking of Obama's double talk....
  23. I loved the part of submitting to background checks.... And if you have no criminal (he later defined as felony) record, you could apply to stay.... Let me see... They ALL crossed the border ILLEGALLY!!!! Every single one of them has broken the law. But I guess it must not be a felony to enter our borders illegally huh??
  24. that is in the same sentence as the "shall not be infringed" part....
  25. Why you silly woman!!!! If gator commented in a case like this, it would HAVE to be in favor of the fight against terrorists.... To comment otherwise, in support of Obummer, would be like admitting all those nights of holding his photo above his bed.... with one hand....
