  1. And it was still markedly better. Gave up 330 yard and 21 points in the 1st half. 3 points 110 yards in the 2nd half
  2. Because he was focused on being the best head coach he could be in my opinion The defensive performance in the 2nd was most definitely markedly better than the first.
  3. Not sure what made you think podcasters can’t be experts. Oh wait, yes I do…..
  4. Oh man- I’m right there with ya (minus the sizable wager part 😂). I win 50 if the bills win the division and lose $200 if we don’t
  5. What is? What did I say that would make you even want to argue with me? Josh sucked vs Atlanta? Well, he did. again- I said it wasn’t Allen’s fault that we lost the game.
  6. I think our floor with a bad coach (and it’s possible that a coach that we hire is a bad coach, especially if it’s a coordinator that has never coached), is not making the playoffs. Especially playing the afc west and nfc north next season.
  7. lol. So funny how you get so defensive any time anyone says anything negative about 17. It’s ok to say that he sucked on Monday. If he played like that every game, we wouldn’t make the playoffs. We might lose every game. Yes, I agree, he’s that good and that important to our success. Beane and McD both suck, I know, I’ve heard it a million times over the last 10 days. yes- you’re right, if he played worse than great vs Baltimore, we lose. What does that have to do with the Atlanta game. regarding the last paragraph….. I made a typo. I meant to say that Josh Allen wasn’t the reason we lost vs Atlanta, but if he had played a better than poor game, we may have won. My bad. I feel like Brady, Babich and McD were the biggest factor in the loss brady- bad play calling and not getting cook involved in the pass game babich- let’s be real, he has done a terrible job in 80%+ of his game. McDermott- penalties fall in the HC. Penalties killled us. Stupid penalties. Shout to to Rapp for being the worst player on the field. Yet again.
  8. Successful coordinators can be much worse than McD as a head coach and it’s certainly possible that our team is worse than it is now with one of them….. or proven competent coaches.
  9. I guess Joe Marino doesn’t understand progressions or how football works. He pointed out the progressions part of it and he also pointed out obvious bad decisions. yes- Brady has been bad. He doesn’t get a pass. Allen also played a poorly and made bad decisions throughout the game. It’s ok to admit when that happens….because it does. Josh Allen wasn’t the reason we lost the game but if he played better than poor, we probably win the game.
  10. We did run some. And we had guys open on many of the blitzes
  11. Is that the same as saying “every competent coach would be 4-2 right now with Josh Allen”? This would also mean that we wouldn’t be able to hire a first time HC as we don’t know if coordinators are competent head coaches
  12. Things can’t get worse from there they are now? 🤦🏻‍♂️
  13. Not THE focal point. Equally split with Kincaid and Cook. Although I think it should be Cook> Kincaid > Palmer (because he can run a diverse tree than Shakir) > Shakir > Coleman > Samuel (he can make plays) > pass to RB not named cook > Knox > Hawes.
  14. Jeremy Maclin. I want some more recipes
  15. It’s one game in week 6. If you think we were completely lost and aren’t an SB caliber team, you’re certainly entitled. The team that played on Monday night definitely wasn’t SB caliber. I think we’ll be better. Our run game was fine, it wasn’t lost. We were missing our two best route runners (Kincaid and Palmer), they blitzed heavy and Josh wasn’t picking up where to go with the football. It was evident. I thought brady was lost on several play calls and overall philosophy. Several bad penalties had even worse timing. We were missing Bernard for most of the game (which might actually be why our d played better in the 2nd half) and no Milano. While only having 3 defensive tackles (none of which are solid 1Ts) as we lost our starting 1T in warmups. Doesn’t help that Taylor Rapp has now morphed into the worst starting safety in the league. He was never great, but he’s never been as bad as he’s been this season.
  16. That’s what I think will happen.
  17. if he plays like he did last night….. our window is likely closed. That’s what I posted. Not sure what that has to do with my post. Mahomes played like the 7-10th best QB during the regular season and has the knack of making the big play when he needs too. Whether it’s him, or his coaches. Someone steps up. Our coaches haven’t and they need to. I realize McD has been outclassed by KCs coaches every playoff loss. We don’t have Andy Reid and Spags. And we never will. We can hope McDs replacement is better than him, a good/ very good head coach. Not great imo. As I’ve said, I’m good with getting rid of him at the end of the season if the D gets taken to the woodshed in another season ending loss. I would’ve been fine with replacing him after last years loss. Just know that there’s a decent chance the guy he is replaced with isn’t as good.
  18. We definitely missed the window IF Josh continues to play like he did yesterday. Joe Marino’s all 22 vid showed several plays that left me scratching my head. I don’t think that’s going to happen
  19. I’d be on board with every move there, especially Hairston taking his lumps.
  20. I agree. It’s week 7. I don’t expect this to be the norm. I think we will have much better days once we get our heads out of our asses and cut down on the boneheaded pre snap penalties. There’s no excuse and needs to improve. What action/s need to be done in order to hold the team accountable? If winning the Super Bowl is the goal, does firing McD now and promoting Brady get us closer to the Super Bowl? I don’t think so, but the one thing that could possibly improve if he is, is the defense. That is, if Babich has a different overall philosophy and switches things up away from McDs scheme But what we’ve seen from him so far, that’s a long shot.
  21. I agree- but I also think Palmer needs to be used more. He’s not being used enough and my money was on him having a huge game last night. Injured after 6 snaps and 2 catches for 60 yards 🤦🏻‍♂️ Brady doesn’t seem to know how to utilize Keon properly. Not that he’s great or anything.
  22. If the defense gets rolled en route to a Super Bowl loss, 99% of the mcd haters will still call for his head for the record. I’m not a mcd lover. I like him and think he’s a good head coach, but I’m over his defensive scheme. I’m sure it’s partly the fault of the players, but opponents are too often finding soft spots in the zone standing there wide open. Hopefully we throw Hariston in there when he’s healthy which could allow us to play more man. Tre is hand cuffing our defensive play calls That’s it
  23. I have a high bar too. Winning the Super Bowl is my expectation. The last 2 weeks have been tough on us, bit its week 7 and Injuries have played a big role in that. I don’t think the team we saw last night will be the same team we see months from now. Will we win the Super Bowl? 🤷🏻‍♂️ The odds are against every team to win the Super Bowl. I believe we have the ability to adapt and be resilient. Chapter 2 of this season has been horrid, but history suggests that we will improve. Enough to win a SB? 🤷🏻‍♂️ but I refuse to not enjoy this journey because no one has the answer.
  24. Sucks for you more than it does for me. Cope how you need to cope. It’s all good
