If Sean McDermott and Marv Levy switched era’s

Bruce may have finished with 250 sacks playing DE in a 4-3. -
Was DaQuan Jones injured in pregame Warm up?
NewEra replied to Coldfronts's topic in The Stadium Wall
lol- is that how he got injured? -
Yeah I’ve noticed. Thing is, we can’t win a Super Bowl until February. So maybe calm down until December? Or be miserable (no offense, but you do seem somewhat miserable when discussing this team and the FO. From my perspective anyway). Seems like an easy choice. 🤷🏻♂️

Plausible X/#1 receiver trade candidates — are there any?
NewEra replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
Wilson has had plenty of success outside. -
The fans that are calling for his head right now will only calm down when we win a Super Bowl.
-
Ok my bad. If we don’t win the Super Bowl or fire McDermott half the fan base won’t be fans anymore. Got it.
-
Half the fan base will abandon the team if we don’t fire the head coach this season?? 😂 SUUUUUUUUUUUUUURE! The answer is, you’re wrong. But If that does happen to be the case, this fan base isn’t nearly as great as we think we are. Luckily, we are that great and it’ll just be exactly what it has been for decades. A great group that has a fair share of poutsters that say they are going to abandon ship, that rarely ever do

You’ve “been saying it for years”. You’ve started the thread 3 times. Yet you’re not worried about being right. 👌 Team starts off 4-0. Loses two games and then we should fire the HC week 7? So we can have Joe Brady call the plays and learn how to be a head coach at the same time? Sounds like a plan that will gut the team for the remainder of the year. But you never know….. count me as one to say we shouldn’t fire the coach during this season. After the season- possibly….but let it play out
-
I’m not suffering. Those that are suffering should find a new past time
-
Fire him right now? 😂 no. Fire him at the end of the season? Possibly….but it’s week 7. No way to know the answer. Everyone always worrying about “being right”. How about let the season play out and make a decision then.

🤷♂️ people still holding out hope i suppose. Unrealistic

Fire him now- no We don’t and he’s not

Article on how Sean McDermott has adapted and loosened up over the years
NewEra replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
1- how does a coach keep his players healthy come playoff time? 2- his story is not yet complete. But I guess you already know that we have 0% chance to win the Super Bowl this season. His legacy may include being the first coach to lead this team to a Lombardi. funny how so many people know so much about what the future holds -
It makes sense if you’ve watched how terrible that offense is. He’s an offensive HC and they are miserable in that department. I have no problem with them getting rid of him. Dude had Burrow, Chase, Higgins and Mixon. That’s why he got a HC job imo

The Worthy Trade Keeps Looking Worse and Worse
NewEra replied to Bills Costa Rica's topic in The Stadium Wall
What if Beanes game plan was to trade down and get a 3rd rd pick to recoup what we gave up Rasul which is very likely to be the case? You’re saying we should alter our game plan because of another opponent? No one else offered us a 3rd and KC gave US what WE WANTED. We should say no because it’s KC? That’s such a ****y way to run your operations. -

As if we were their only chance to trade up…. As if there was no chance he would’ve been there when they drafted…. Detroits offense didn’t look very good to me last night. I also think we have more of an identity than both of those offenses do. We run the ball and run it well. The question is, when we can’t run it well, can our pass offense step in and take over? I think a lot of it depends on the opposing dc calling a great game (or not) and whether or not our guys can catch and hang onto the ball. KC has Andy Reid. He’s an all timer. I expect him to call great games and scheme guys open. Especially when they have as much speed as they currently do. -

Reid is a magician at scheming guys with speed wide open. Did it several times last night. Wide open -
10/13/25 GAMEDAY Bills at Falcons MNF Gameday Thread
NewEra replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
Thanks…. For ruining my mood!! 😉 -
We just need to start playing better D overall imo. Hopefully our plan is to sellout stopping the run and short pass while forcing Penix to 10 yards plus

5 games in and after a great week one, he’s been less than what I was hoping for. The fumble lost the game for us. Getting benched fo a series due to disciplinary reasons. Disappointing. I know it’s such a low efficiency play, but I’d like to see him targeted on some back shoulder sideline throws and be on the end of a few accurate jump ball passes where he can use his body control and size. He’s capable. He hasn’t really had many good opportunities. Ball location is key. He’s on pace for 71 catches 640 yards and 6.8 TDs. 10.8 yards per catch (way down from 19.2).

They won’t if we win a Super Bowl or two. So many around here already discounting us winning a Super Bowl. If we win a Super Bowl, I think drafting Keon and letting KC have worthy is a win. SBs aren’t guaranteed and 1 in the bag is the win. -
He averaged 15 and 15.3 yards per catch the last 2 seasons. That is in the wheel house of the better deep threats in the league 12th and 17th in the league respectively
