I highly doubt that we get coop, Hollins and a speed guy/separator unless he’s a round 4+ guy. those 2 WRs would likely cost 17M+ total- if we resign both- the chances of using most of our draft picks on D is very likely imo.

The offense was fine with Cooper and Mack. Are they both returning? If so, I think that we’re fine. I don’t think they’re both returning- hence, not fine. i do agree that the defense is what is holding us back every year and is a much bigger problem than our offense. Injuries have been a big part of it- but more than anything- our DL routinely disappears in season ending losses. Corners playing yards off their man and giving up easy yards.

This is the most shocking trade in the history of the NBA imo. 25 year old mega star that didn’t want to be traded…. super max contract coming up- He’s always banged up (AD also similarly banged up) and getting fatter by the minute. Does Cuban think that contract will end up being a problem due to Luka being so injury prone? The Mavs approached the lakers about this- Does cuban look at AD and think that he’s the missing piece that can win him a title along with Kyrie and the rest of the solid cast? More than anything- high definition cameras They have changed the way, we as fans, have watched the games. Buy more. More camera angles = more answers. Simple. sonys Hawkeye technology being another for ball placement. The exact location would be known. Are you hoping for CB with one of our top 3? I think I’d rather roll the dice with 2 day 3 picks. If one doesn’t pan out- we roll with Elam and make a trade in season for a CB if we need to. At the moment, I don’t think there are any WRs projected to go where we pick that would earn many snaps over any of our current WRs, especially if we bring back Mack. Mack, Keon, Shakir and Samuels isn’t what most of us want but if we draft a WR in rd 2-3- he’s likely not playing very much in 25 imo. Maybe Golden? But he can’t block. I think our only chance to get a legit 1 is trading for one or signing Higgins. I don’t think either are going to happen. Our offense isn’t predicated on having a WR1- which could all change the following year if Brady becomes a HC. Seems like using tons of resources on WR might be a waste strictly due to Bradys offensive formula. our best chance to get an impact pass rusher is probably a trade as well- but it’s a decent DL class with some upside. this is a massive offseason for Beane- I’m praying that we can hit on an impact defensive lineman this season.

Thought on Jack Bech? He’s my dream target in rd 4 based on some projections. I think he goes early rd 3, but we’ll see. I would love to trade back with one of our 2nds and take him in rd 3. He might not seem like a good fit because he lacks real speed, but I think he’s a baller if he lands with the right QB. he seems like a guy that would make plays in the playoffs I’m all in for taking a DT and DE with our first 2 picks.

After feeling out the Officials in the AFCCG- how could our players have adjusted? They should’ve known that they needed 11+ yards to get a first down because the officials did it to them all game. the human element is ruining their game in many peoples eyes

I don’t think the games are rigged- I think that the officiating could be fixed by adding 10-20M to their books with technology and payroll. They have decided not to do it for 15 years. The technology is there. Buy it. Use it. the national narrative is that the league has serious officiating problems. Much worse than any other sport. They could attempt to change that. But they don’t. Why?

I’ve alwyas thought that there was some ref bias in the nfl- never sure what rhyme or reason other than being in favor of the better teams- but I’ve always tuned into every game. now- I think I’ve had my fill. This last Bills game really has me feeling a certain way. Several calls that could’ve gone either way- each of them went in favor of KC. The many awful spots really has me very angry. There were at least 4 in which which were dam close to clear first downs in which we were marked short. Not even short… but an entire yard short. What should’ve been 1-6 inches- turned out to be 3-4 feet short. Coopers and Cooks catch’s were the most egregious. Just awful spots. so I don’t think I’ll be tuning into the Super Bowl this year. Not that the nfl will care- more so that I really dgaf about it this season.

They don’t want to fix it- this is the problem and this will likely never change. we’ve been talking about the eye in sky (or multiple eyes in the sky) the for 15 years now. It was a simple answer then, just as it is now. Too bad the nfl has it just as they want it

The nfl has exactly what they wants. Full control. It will never change to the point where the average fan is happy. If it did, the nfl will lose their control.
