I don’t think he has less except at WR and we haven’t really seen what kind of an impact Cooper will have once he and Josh get some chemistry. He has more at TE. More at RB and a better OL. I would take past defenses over this one, but none of them were close to healthy or good enough come playoffs.

Taron is all pro. It’s tough for boundary corners but benford will probably get one at some point. Bernard has a chance if he can stay healthy for a year but I don’t know if that’s possible. bit that’s about it unless Rousseau continues to improve

Zadarius Smith would really give any of the current contenders the edge. And he’s under contract next year at a decent rate. Similar to the Douglas trade last year. He’s the guy I want. Not sure if it’s possible, but I think he would make a biggest Impact of anyone attainable. Could be a great trade for Az. Before he got hurt last season he was really impressive as a pass rusher. Haven’t seen him play since the injury. Glad he went to the NFC

Agreed- but I would flip flop Shakir and Bernard if Bernard goes down with another injury. I love the dude. Helluva LB, leader and person. Just seems like he’s always going to be injured. That said, I don’t think there’s much chance that McD would let him go

Was hoping we’d sign Campbell this offseason but I get why he went to Miami. He’d be an insane addition - not sure Miami would deal him to us. I’m sure many teams would love to have him at this point. I’d be happy with DE, DT and or LB. I don’t think a S would come in, learn the system and start any time soon. I think Bishop might have a better chance (albeit a very small chance) of unseating Hamlin than a S not already in this system.

I expected Miami to go for two on that last TD. Better chance of converting that one play than any other way imo.

I don’t really see that comp. Elam doesn’t play because he has 2 studs ahead of him. And when he does play, he doesn’t suck. Samuel rarely plays because he is a black hole of nothingness. Pretty much every attempt to get him the ball as a first option has been a net zero. He should be wearing 0 rather than Coleman. This all could be a result of his injury. Another factor in his nothingness is likely Brady’s inability to incorporate Samuel with Shakir on the field. 🤷🏻‍♂️ but it’s puzzling - I’m hoping it’s the injury and he’ll be able to be a contributor come playoffs. Not holding my breath though

How could that be? Keons drop took 7 off the board and the dolphins then drove down the field and scored a td the holds took 7 off the board but we still added 3. It was at the end of the half and Miami didn’t score. i hated the holds more than the drop due to the calls being bs and Keons drop was all on him, but the drop had a bigger impact on the game imo

Our defense is predicated on our opponents making mistakes as well as our players making big plays. Taron did just that yesterday. Just keep them relatively healthy come playoff time

Miami played their best game of the year and were a Keon Coleman drop and bs holding call away from getting blown out. credit to them for taking what McD and Babich gave them all game. Everything underneath

3 of our 4 penalties were bogus. Both holding calls plus the 15 yard unnecessary roughness on Rapp for his tackle on Mostert were bs. Mister lowed his head into rapps face mask. I guess that’s what happens when you get a bad Rapp with the officials.

This take aged poorly my guy. Beane actually went out and found a good WR unit to pair with a very good TE unit, RB unit and OL. and there isn’t a 7th rd rookie WR that could have had the same impact that Mack hollins has had on this team. people love to hate, so many will hate on Mack, but he’s been a good signing.

AJ and von are “terrible”. Lol And some people forgot that we didn’t have Taron or Bernard, lost Rapp to a concussion early AND played a light box the entire game. If we play Baltimore in the playoffs, I believe that we’d play a heavier box.
