I think I agree with pretty much everything you’ve posted in the past couple months. 👍🏻

NFL Top 100 starts Sunday 14 August 2022 .. Who's your top 10?

People get so butt hurt when they have an opinion other than Josh deserves #1 in everything. Josh will get his due. He wasn’t the best player in 2021 imo. He had the best two back to games to end the season. He had the perfect game vs the pats. He played the best qb ball I think I’ve ever seen for portions of the season. For that reason, he is deservedly the favorite to win mvp and his team the favorite to win the SB. Over the course of the ENTIRE season, he wasn’t the best player. He just wasn’t. I do think he IS the best player in the NFL. I just don’t think his complete 2021 season was worthy of being #1. -

Yeah, Mahomes had nothing to do with it. Ok -

Mahomes should be over Allen for last season imo. Allen may be the better QB, but Mahomes ended 17s season. those talking about Brady and stafford being below him…..allen had a better season than both imo….and neither of them ended Allens season. based on how the season unfolded: Donald- best player on the championship team- Might the best player in the league. mahomes- not the best regular season, but ended strong and ended 17s season Rodgers- best regular season- failed in the playoffs yet again. Allen is better, but I think he’ll be #3 due to the mvp. Allen- best player in the playoffs but team came up short…..didn’t have the best regular season compared to Rodgers. Gotta beat the best to be the best. Close but no cigar. -
Kumerow. I expect the Bills to cut jones this year. Why? Just a gut feel that his time is up. I think we have enough other capable ST players. Jones has one role and one role only. Kumerow, being one of our only potential boundary depth WRs has more value. I’m a long time jones hater. Easy answer for me. He was dead to me when he helped end our season with the best offensive play of his career.
-
Yeah, I’m fine with that too. Keeping him would likely come at the expense of ST.
-
I hear ya, that’s why I said very doubtful as opposed to no chance 😉 Beane is a warlock, anything is possible. He got a pick for Marshall Newhouse for crying out loud. I think Kumerow has the most value…. But that’s very little. I think Hodgins has the most upside do to his size and hands. 3 great preseason games could yield a 7th Austin, I think teams could’ve had him for no picks if they wanted him. Maybe a return for a Td or some nice grabs in preseason could sway someone? I think the odds are very slim.

Very doubtful

A bit much for what? People can wear whatever colored glasses they want. It will have zero affect on the outcome of the game. Promise. Both

New FO. New HC.

Is edmunds really worth 13M+ a year?
-
Agreed….. Say austin wins the return job and is #7, who is #5 & #6? 2 out of Crowder, Kumerow and Hodgins. As of now, I’d say Kumerow and Crowder as I haven’t seen Hodgins do anything as a pro. Preseason games and the rest of camp will likely determine these spots. I’d love for Hodgins to show that he’s made big strides but I think he’ll be the odd man out
-
Do we want to pay any MLB that kind of money? Idk. Probably looking for 17+M or more. Not sure if a MLB getting paid that money is in our plans. Can’t see anyone giving a 1st for a mlb and then paying him top money. Whoever did that would be 💩

Don’t put so much stock into the first depth chart release. Shakir won’t be IR’d. Hodgins is listed as Davis’ backup because Shakir’s primary position is the slot. Putting him there on the depth chart also puts more pressure on crowder to perform as well. Shakir is going to get snaps all season imo. I think he’s going to play some slot and some outside if Diggs or Davis miss time. I think he could also be our primary punt returner when it’s all said and done. Why so much love for Hodgins? Because of the depth chart? Kumerow made the team over him the last two years and is a key ST player. Has Hodgins improved that much? I’ve heard some decent reports, but he’s always been primarily a slot guy. He ran a 4.61. Can he play outside? If we go with 6 I think its Diggs Davis Dirty Shakir (Jack of all trades- slot, outside and punt returner) Kumerow Crowder If we keep 7- Hodgins- if they think he can play ourside Or Austin if shakir can handle the punt return duties. jmo
-
There’s no chance Shakir is anywhere but on our roster. He’ll suit up and be active in every game that he’s healthy. Austin being the #1 punt guy right know doesn’t mean much. If he can’t produce as a WR, he’ll be cut and we’ll find someone else to return punts imo. locks- Diggs Davis, mckenzie Shakir Bubble- crowder kumerow austin Hodgins stevenson (I’d just IR him). among the bubble guys, I think Kumerow has the least chance of being cut due to his role on ST and as an outside Wr. Do we keep 6 or 7? Likely 6 if we keep 6 CBs. Or maybe we finally get part ways with Taiwan. The questions that need to be answered from here on out: Can anyone else become a dependable punt returner? Will we keep Taiwan? How good is Hodgins on ST and is he capable of playing outside WR? Can Austin show that he is a capable WR, not just a punt returner? Can Crowder stay healthy and can he show some of the juice he’s shown prior to joining the Bills? jmo

And when they aren’t running the wishbone, they’ll be in the wildcat, with Josh being a receiver eligible OT
-
Even Statler and Waldorf don’t dare rain on 17s parade.

Ain’t no doubt bro. OL depth is probably the weakest of all. NFL units atm.

Meanwhile… around the NFL- WR5-9ish The Bucs are absolutely loaded. The packers, who have a poor wr1-4 have solid 5-6 with Amari Rodgers, Romeo Doubs then no one. chiefs- Josh Gordon, Justin Watson, daurice fountain, Cornell powell, Corey Coleman, Omar bayless. chargers: deandre Carter, Jason moore jr, Joe Reed, Michael bandy, Michael Ffrench rams- tutu atwell, Brandon powell, Jacob harris, austin trammel, Landon akers bengals- Stanley Morgan, Trent taylor, Kwame Lassiter the 2nd, Trenton Irwin, pooka Williams broncos- Montrell Washington, Tyrone cleveland, Seth Williams, Travis fulgham titans- dez Fitzpatrick, racey mcmath, Cody hollister, Mason Kinsey, Josh Malone Cowboys- Noah brown, Dennis Houston, TJ vasher, simi fehoko, Kevonte Turpin. niners- Ray Ray, Malik Turner, Marcus johnson, willie Snead. Bills- shakir, austin, Kumerow, Hodgins, Stevenson. People here complain about our WR depth. Fans of every team complain about WR depth….. except the Bucs. We’ll be fine. If someone goes down, Beane, McD and Dorsey will figure it out.

As currently constructed, if Diggs or Davis go out, I expect to see more bunch formations, 2TE sets and more Gilliam. Maybe some 2 rB sets. They’ll get creative. Not sure if it was Dorsey or Hall that said they they’ve been playing the inside guys outside and the outside guys inside. i doubt Kumerow will be getting a lot of snaps. Some, sure. We have a lot of more talented weapons than Kumerow and I expect them to be used more than Kumerow. Dorsey will get creative. or maybe they’ll bring in another outside capable WR
