  1. As pathetic as this sounds, I think sitting him out for the rest of the regular season would be the best decision if we’re trying to win a Super Bowl. I would give us a less than .01% chance to win the SB without him. Problem is, we might not even make the playoffs without him.
  2. lol….and do those guys in that sack range play amazing d vs the run? sacks sacks sacks sacks sacks there is more to being a good DE than accumulating sacks. Those that get 14+ are going to get 30-50M and some of them play poor run D. Rousseau plays great run D and is a decent pass rusher and is 25 years old. Hes not a star and he isn’t paid like a star.
  3. Wrong Ja’Marcus!! 🤣 Not sure about the salary portion, but I would think that we wouldn’t have to pay him
  4. Except his career is the complete opposite with regards to success. After his rookie contract expired the packers signed S Xavier McKinney to a big FA deal. Savage than signed with the jags 3 years 21M. After the scheme change this year, he wasn’t a fit. Signed with wash and they are giving the younger players on a rookie deal some play as their season is over. I’m not saying he’s great by any means, but he could actually be our starting S opposite bishop is he plays like he did 2 years ago. Is only 28. The point of my post- he’s not like Elam
  5. Makes sense. Seems like a candidate for the backup dime safety and possibly more if he catches on quick enough. I loved him coming out of Maryland. Solid choice for the roster spot imo.
  6. Same here. I’ve gotten rid of a bunch of stuff, but still have more than anyone needs. All boxed up to probably only see one more time before I move on from it
  7. Omg that’s hysterical
  8. Let’s get this up to 70 pages by the end of the day
  9. Already on it captain!! I started thinking about who Beane would be actually be interested in and got a head start: i’ve been working out with Kelvin Benjamin for the last month. I have him under 300 lbs for the first time since he was a Bill. He got some separation on me on one route. Gains!
  10. There also isn’t some loud contingent saying Beane should be fired. Beane is considered a good to very good GM. He has his share of blunders, as has every GM ever. He’s good. I think he’s done enough with the roster over the years to win a SB. Unfortunately, injuries happen and we’ll never know if his plan would’ve worked if one or two key players had been healthy. Take away Vons injury and Benford missing the last 2 KC playoff games and we’d have one imo. Too bad that’s just make believe
  11. Shaq Lawson will be starting!!
  12. I agree with most of this and until we know what conversations Beane had (or didn’t have) we can’t lay definitive fault. the last paragraph i disagree with though. Maybe I’m just a pessimist regarding injuries (I definitely am) but there’s a chance that Ingram would’ve played some meaningful snaps on D, along with STs. dane or couch seem to be next man up. Not sure if either can play dime safety.
  13. And he’s always one inevitable injury away from getting snaps at dime safety. I hope this doesn’t come into play come playoffs.
  14. Yeah he really screwed that one up…. Unless he did his due diligence and was told that he would join the bills, only to have them change their minds after the fact.
