  1. 30 years ago, I was driving a 1967 Cadillac Eldorado convertible. It was hot pink, with whale skin hubcaps, and all leather cow interior, and big brown baby seal eyes for head lights. I drove in that baby at 115 miles per hour, getting 1 mile per gallon whilst sucking down Quarter Pounder cheeseburgers from McDonald's in the old fashioned non-biodegradable styrofoam containers. When I was done sucking down those greaseball burgers, I wiped my mouth with the American flag, and then I tossed the styrofoam containers right out the side. I regret nothing.
  2. Is he at least going to have the common decency to wait until the end of the 3rd quarter before retiring?
  3. Oh man, it's on! It's on like Donkey Kong! BF1959, be prepared for the "I'm rubber, you're glue" attack, and the "Double Dumbass Pork Chop on You" feint.
  4. The duty is to the client, not whomever is paying the bill. These attorneys acted unethically if they did not convey the offer to their client.
  5. Greatest song of all time.
  6. He routinely makes stories up. One day he's a black doctor, the next an asian pizza delivery guy. Did he ever tell you about the time he was a female agent of the Viet Kong during the Vietnam war?
  7. I'm sure they also park in handicapped spaces while handicapped people make handicapped faces!
  8. @Boyst62, when you were a 15 year old girl in the early 1980's, did you or did you not have a crush on dreamy Brett Kavanaugh?
  9. Having an experienced sex crimes prosecutor question her was a great move. The Democrats were trying to set this up to accuse the GOP of conducting a victim-blaming session. Mitchell took their crying victim routine out of the equation.
  10. It is certainly unethical not to convey offers to a client. As for recourse, I'm not so sure there is any, even if Ford files a complaint (which she's not going to do.)
  11. Grassley did, and publicly so. Ford's claim that she didn't know rings quite hollow. I wouldn't doubt that her attorneys never conveyed the offer to her (after all, they were lying to Grassley about her whereabouts and fear of flying to delay and obstruct), but she would have had to be in a cave not to know.
  12. They may limit any FBI 'investigation' to the current 3 accusations, but that doesn't limit the Democrats putting forth more fake smear accusations in the media to justify more parliamentary obstruction and delay.
  13. Well, as Judge Kavanaugh reminded them: "what goes around, comes around." You'd think the morons would have learned after McConnell used Harry Reid's Nuclear Option against them. Either Kristol is being a disingenuous lying sack of Schiff, once again, or he's too stupid to understand that the Democrats are going to use this same unverifiable smearing tactic on every alternate nominee Trump names.
  14. Maybe the ABA ought to consult with their Federal Criminal Practice Division to learn what the FBI does first...
  15. Minnesota didn't feel the need to have two high safeties either, until the game was out of hand. They paid with a loss for not respecting Allen's abilities. Hopefully Green Bay does the same thing.
  16. She will have been, just give it a few more hours. Would that be the eyewitness that has already said, in a statement sworn under oath, that he never witnessed such a thing?
  17. Well, they did lose LeBron over the offseason.
  18. I wonder if the judge set such high bail to force her to stay in jail (and not using) pending an inpatient bed being available.
  19. That's just because you were never sexually assaulted by a future Supreme Court nominee at an unspecified date, time, and place.
  20. I'm totally waiting for someone to take the Dis-Arm-Him from Becky Lynch.
  21. They can jump because they move merch. With all of their outside TV shows, more exposure is good. You'll notice the constant plugging for Total Divas and Total Bellas. It's one thing to honor your wrestler-father, like the Uso's do with the ass thing, or like Curtis Axel busting out the Perfect-Plex. It's just obnoxious to see a wife/partner ripping off their paramour's moves. If I want to see Daniel Bryan's moves, I'll watch a Daniel Bryan (or Miz) match.
  22. Yeah, those were terrible. I'm sure she was explicitly told not to do it anymore. You'll notice that her dives were distinctly lacking from the match last Monday. She's trying to be Daniel Bryan in the ring, with only a tenth of his ability. On a side note, it really annoys me when the female spouse/partner starts using her husband's/partner's moves. Nikki did the same thing when she was banging Cena. Brie was never really that good in the ring to begin with, back when she was full time. It doesn't help that neither her nor Nikki do house shows to tune up and work off the rust.
  23. Yikes. Absolutely not. I hope she gets her life together.
  24. It looks like she doesn't put any effort into practicing those spots. Not only was her cadence off when she knocked Liv Morgan out, but both of those kicks were far higher than the rest. She is careless.
