    No. A "person", as defined by the homicide statutes (NY Penal Law 125.05[1]), "means a human being who has been born and is alive." There was a case a few years back in Genesee County where they ended up dropping the charges against a woman, who they suspected of killing her baby, because they could not actually prove that the child was born alive.

    Not just a team that matters, but in a championship game. The only thing worse would be for the Super Bowl to be decided by a bad/no call. After this fiasco, I imagine the refs for the Super Bowl are going to be instructed to call everything.

    Heard one story where Andre was at a bar drinking after an event. Some idiot started giving him grief, which Andre initially ignored. The guy kept at it and kept at it, and finally realized it was the wrong day to mess with him. Andre chased him out of the bar. The guy ran into his (apparently small) car. Andre reached down and flipped the car over, then went back into the bar.
