David Sweat, the guy who escaped from Clinton Correctional Facility (well, the one who survived the vengeance of the NYSP), is moved to a different cell block every month or so, and to another facility when they run out of cell blocks. Of course, he was stupid enough to try to make a deal when he was transferred to Five Points Correctional Facility - offered to point out flaws in security in exchange for privileges. It didn't go well for him.
