Great news. Ronna McDaniel, R.N.C. Chairwoman, Plans to Step Down https://www.nytimes.com/2024/02/06/us/politics/ronna-mcdaniel-rnc-trump.html . -
And because Putin said it - despite the truth of the statement itself - millions will now hear any similar remarks as "doing the work of Putin", which allows them to turn off their brains to the evidence of this cabal smacking them in the face daily. For evidence: see any threat written in the past 10 years on this subject. NPCS gonna NPC and all. .

Well, since you asked like an adult, I will answer. (added: I see I typed too soon, you added to your response with ignorant commentary. . . . . oh well) I believe that Tucker explained it himself very clearly. "It's our job," Carlson explained of why he'd undertake such an interview while acknowledging "there are risks" involved in such a project. "We're in journalism, our duty is to inform people," he reiterated. "Most Americans have no idea why Putin invaded Ukraine, or what his goals are now," Carlson continued. "They've never heard his voice - that's wrong. Americans have a right to know all they can about a war they're implicated in, and we have the right to tell them about it because we are Americans too," Carlson emphasized in the video posted from Russia's capital. "Freedom of speech is our birthright," Carlson said, contrasting Americans' freedom with the bleak lack of individual freedoms in Russia. "We were born with the right to say what we believe, that right cannot be taken away no matter who is in the White House," he noted. "But they're trying anyway." Noting that he has also requested an interview with Zelensky that the Ukrainian leader has yet to accept, Carlson called uncritical reporting on Ukraine "not journalism" but "government propaganda of the ugliest kind." "We are not here because we love Vladimir Putin," Carlson emphasized. "We are here because we love the United States - and we want it to remain prosperous and free. We paid for this trip ourselves," he clarified. "We took no money from any government or group nor are we charging people to see the interview" once it's posted. Carlson said his Putin interview would be "shot live to tape" and be posted "unedited on our website." https://townhall.com/tipsheet/spencerbrown/2024/02/06/tucker-carlson-explains-why-he-interviewed-vladimir-putin-n2634846

Most of the provisions in the bill are so loophole-riddled they are worse than irrelevant. One provision allows administration officers to grant asylum without any oversight from judges, who (at least, theoretically) use a set of criteria to adjudicate these cases. “Asylum” might have been stripped of any real meaning, as well, but it’s a mystery why James Lankford wants to hand Alejandro Mayorkas more autonomy on this front. Or any front. (Again, can you imagine Democrats signing onto a bill that handed Chad Wolf more discretion over asylum cases?) Then again, if there are any legal fights over the implementation of the law, Democrats have cherry-picked the court that will adjudicate. No, not the Fifth Circuit, which inconveniently sits on the border, but the left-wing D.C. District Court will have exclusive authority over “written policy directive, written policy guideline, written procedure” and their implementation. Meanwhile, Democrats are acting as if they’ve made some giant, historic concession even deigning to address the crisis. But where is the compromise? They’ve rigged the bill, making it so malleable that Biden can basically interpret and implement its provisions in any fashion he chooses. https://thefederalist.com/2024/02/06/nothing-about-the-rigged-senate-border-bill-is-in-the-national-interest/

Meanwhile back at the poorly written "Border Bill" The Democrats thought it was a brilliant idea to package aid for Ukraine and Israel together and shoehorn it into the Biden border cover protection bill under the rubric of “emergency national security appropriations.” Now that the border/illegal immigration provisions are dying, the White House has threatened to veto a standalone bill providing aid to Israel. The House will vote on the standalone bill today. Its prospects are uncertain. Seeking to exert pressure on multiple fronts, the White House has let it be known: President Biden threatened to veto a standalone $17.6 billion Israel aid package being considered by the House, dismissing it as a “cynical political maneuver” by Republicans looking to scuttle the Senate’s wider national security bill. While not wholly unexpected, the statement was still somewhat remarkable given Biden’s public commitment to backing Israel as it wages a war against Hamas (it’s unclear whether the position could shift in the future if the Senate’s package collapses). House Speaker Mike Johnson called it an “act of betrayal.” The Johnson quote suggests that the prospects of his standalone bill are poor. By the same token, I’m guessing that the White House plays a weak hand poorly. The veto threat won’t force the illegal immigration provisions of the “emergency” appropriations bill down anyone’s throat. https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2024/02/a-border-bill-footnote.php

MSNBC goes to barbershop, learns from black voters why they are considering Trump FTA: Lee told MSNBC host Katy Tur that he discovered on his trip to South Carolina that black men fall into "three buckets" regarding the upcoming election. "Those who are planning on voting for Joe Biden again even though they're not excited," he explained, "those who are considering voting for Donald Trump, and those who will sit out altogether and take some sort of off ramp out of the process." Trump isn't going to win a majority of the vote from black voters in 2024 because no Republican ever has. But it's clear that black Americans are tired of the Democratic Party never delivering on its promises while assuming black voters are a monolith who will remain loyal to the Democratic Party no matter what. Look no farther than a USA Today/Suffolk University poll, which last month found that Biden commands support from just 63% of black voters. That's a serious decline from the 92% that Biden won four years ago. https://rumble.com/v4azh4r-with-trump-we-had-money-what-these-black-voters-told-msnbc-could-spell-bad-.html
