  1. CIVIL RIGHTS UPDATE: Georgia Governor Kemp Signs Law to Protect Financial Data of Gun Buyers. Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp has signed into law HB 1018, the Second Amendment Privacy Act. This NSSF-supported law protects the privacy and sensitive financial information of people purchasing firearms and ammunition in the Peach State. With Georgia, there are now 14 states with laws that protect the Second Amendment financial privacy of their citizens. The law prohibits financial institutions from requiring the use of a firearm code, also known as a Merchant Category Code (MCC), from being assigned to firearm and ammunition purchases at retail when using a credit card. The law also forbids discriminating against a firearm retailer as a result of the assigned or non-assignment of a firearm code and disclosing the protected financial information. Additionally, the law prohibits keeping or causing to be kept any list, record or registry of private firearm ownership. https://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/546315-2/ .

  3. Hahaha. It’s amazing how your mind works. It doesn’t matter what extremists say in support of Trump ( or Biden for that matter) Its what Trump says and does is what counts. And he condemned them, on tape. but you can’t admit to being wrong, the board members know that. .
  4. Think the Economy is Getting Better? Guess Again The U.S. economy is showing signs of stagflation as growth slumps down and prices continue to surge for average Americans, experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation. U.S. annual economic growth measured just 1.6% in the first quarter of 2024, following a report of persistently high inflation in March of 3.5% year-over-year. The combination of both low growth and high inflation, in conjunction with continuously high amounts of government spending and debt, has led to signs of stagflation in the U.S. economy, which wreaked havoc on U.S. consumers throughout the 1970’s, according to experts who spoke to the DCNF. “It’s not so much that we risk stagflation as we’re already there,” E.J. Antoni, a research fellow at the Heritage Foundation’s Grover M. Hermann Center for the Federal Budget, told the DCNF. “We have basically pulled forward trillions of dollars of economic growth by borrowing from the future, but that must be repaid at some point. And it is highly inefficient as well.” Stagflation is a unique economic phenomenon that involves slow growth, high unemployment, and elevated inflation and is particularly difficult to address as solutions for one issue can exacerbate the others, according to Investopedia. The most notable example of stagflation occurred in the 1970’s, after an oil crisis. https://dailycaller.com/2024/04/28/mounting-evidence-nightmare-scenario-us-economy-stagflation/ .
  5. Biden Once Again Tells Netanyahu 'Don't' Invade Rafah Without Giving Us Your Plans First On Sunday afternoon, President Joe Biden had a call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in which he again demanded that Israel provide the U.S. with its Rafah invasion plan ahead of time so that Biden's advisors could review them and weigh in. The White House claims this is needed to ensure that "civilians" in Rafah are protected, or whatever people the White House defines as civilians. The more skeptical among us believe there's a more nefarious motive. https://redstate.com/jenvanlaar/2024/04/28/yawn-biden-once-again-tells-netanyahu-dont-invade-rafah-n2173465 .

  8. Well it seems that while all of us board experts wanted the Bills to draft a great WR and a safety, Beane wanted to restock the team with a large number of quality, football players. Who'd a thunk it. ,
  9. I confess that I have paid zero attention to the appalling Ms. Stein, but it turns out that, although Jewish, she is pro-Hamas. In fact, she got herself arrested yesterday at a pro-Hamas demonstration in St. Louis. Might Stein become the favored candidate of the Democrats’ anti-Semitic wing? It seems she might. If she raises a little money and starts to get some traction, she might take away a more than nominal number of votes from Biden in states like Michigan and Minnesota. https://www.jpost.com/diaspora/article-798982 https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2024/04/todays-horserace-snapshot.php .
