  1. Fitz is playing pretty well, we may actually win a game or two. Why would you want to put Brohm in there? What do you think that would do to the players psyche, knowing they have a decent QB playing right now and you just pull him to get a look at another guy. Believe it or not, the players are playing to win and if they see the coaches aren't trying to win, they'll just give up and it will look worse than it is now.
  2. It helps when he has some very good players in NY. Here, he didn't have much to work with, hence the bend but don't break defense we have always had. Hate to say it, but I miss that bend but don't break defense.
  3. Voted this morning.
  4. The biggest problem with him is he's been injured a lot the past couple of years. So the Bills have to wonder if he's worth it financially. As a fan, I don't see any reason why we shouldn't go for him. But I wouldn't be pissed if we passed on him.
  5. 9!!! Wishing for anything else is stupid. I don't watch and root for the Bills so they get a good draft position.
  6. This is the one and only reason why the Colts win consistently. If you put an average to above average QB in there, the Colts are going nowhere but middle of the road.
  7. Who would have thought we would put up 34 on Baltimore on the road.
  8. I wish we could have Fewell's current players on our defensive roster.
  9. I try and get out about twice a week.
  10. Why do people insist on coming onto this board and announce you are giving up on the team and leaving. Just go, we don't care, the board won't fall apart without you. If we don't hear from you ever again, we're probably all better off.
  11. I guess everyone needs to rethink Kiper's rankings every year now.
  12. Big difference in talent level between the Giants and the Bills. His defense was not very good last year in Buffalo either.
  13. Everyone knew this was going to be a bad season, we didn't want to believe it, but we all knew it. Chan gets at least 2 seasons, it won't be any less.
  14. Is this what he is supposed to say? Gailey: "Yes, Trent knows all of our signals and calls, we're screwed. I don't even know why we are playing this game. The staff and I didn't do anything to counter this at all." I'm sure Chan thought of something, but you can't change everything in two weeks.
  15. Now, nobody can say that Lynch is better than Moss. The Bills get a 4th and a conditional 5th or 6th in 2012 is not bad at all if you compare it to the Moss trade.
  16. Good to hear a sane voice with respect to all of this. Glad you're back.
  17. Gailey and Nix are given a free ride for this year with the amount of changes they are making. There's no way they are let go after the season. They'll get at least two years.
  18. You can't compare past years, Nix has only been running the show for 9 months. Each regime has different ideas and philosphies, impossible to compare.
  19. My question is, why did everyone want to get rid of Lynch in the offseason, but now that we've been shopping him and traded him, everyone thinks he was a great back and they are idiots for getting rid of Lynch?
  20. You do realize that Buffalo wanted a 3rd for Lynch, but there were no takers. So they got a 4th and a conditional, the best they could get.
  21. Good Post!! I was just about to type how much I hate when people announce they are leaving, instead of just leaving. Got me there.
  22. It will for the future, which is what the front office is working on. Everyone knows we aren't going anywhere this year. Having 3 good running backs is a bit of a waste, not enough carries to go around.
  23. I think the problem lies in when people take the anger to the extreme and it effects other parts of their lives. I'm pissed whenever the Bills lose, but I'm not going rant and rave and B word about it to my friends and family constantly. I'll be pissed for an hour or so after the game, then just say "maybe next week", of course I've been saying that all too often lately. As far as things that happen during the week with the Bills, there's nothing I can do about it. I'm not mad Trent is gone, I'm actually happy. I question the Kelsay signing, but I don't swear up and down and give up on the Bills. You have to realize, they aren't going anywhere this year, its a complete rebuilding year. You take that into perspective and you know they are going to lose a hell of a lot more than win this season. Nix and Gailey seem to be taking the approach that they are seeing who is and isn't worth keeping around for future years. This is a rebuilding process that will take a few years to complete.
  24. He was a big disappointment anyway, no big deal here. There was a bunch of hype when we signed and he really hasn't done much since he's been here.
