You can't compare past years, Nix has only been running the show for 9 months. Each regime has different ideas and philosphies, impossible to compare.

My question is, why did everyone want to get rid of Lynch in the offseason, but now that we've been shopping him and traded him, everyone thinks he was a great back and they are idiots for getting rid of Lynch?

You do realize that Buffalo wanted a 3rd for Lynch, but there were no takers. So they got a 4th and a conditional, the best they could get.

It will for the future, which is what the front office is working on. Everyone knows we aren't going anywhere this year. Having 3 good running backs is a bit of a waste, not enough carries to go around.

I think the problem lies in when people take the anger to the extreme and it effects other parts of their lives. I'm pissed whenever the Bills lose, but I'm not going rant and rave and B word about it to my friends and family constantly. I'll be pissed for an hour or so after the game, then just say "maybe next week", of course I've been saying that all too often lately. As far as things that happen during the week with the Bills, there's nothing I can do about it. I'm not mad Trent is gone, I'm actually happy. I question the Kelsay signing, but I don't swear up and down and give up on the Bills. You have to realize, they aren't going anywhere this year, its a complete rebuilding year. You take that into perspective and you know they are going to lose a hell of a lot more than win this season. Nix and Gailey seem to be taking the approach that they are seeing who is and isn't worth keeping around for future years. This is a rebuilding process that will take a few years to complete.

He was a big disappointment anyway, no big deal here. There was a bunch of hype when we signed and he really hasn't done much since he's been here.

I was fine, actually supportive, of the Edwards cut, but this one...I don't get this one at all.

If Edwards starts and beats the Bills, it won't be because he is all of a sudden a great QB. It will be because Buffalo has absolutely no pass rush. Give Edwards some time and he can play pretty well. If the Bills can force him to hurry then they can win that game.

Why would you play "the kids" when you still have to evaluate the vets under real gametime situations. If some of these vets are going to be around next year, you want them to be good and ready. The younger players will get their chance when its time, its only freakin' week 4 coming up.

Pretty sure this was expected by most people. Anyone who thought we would go out and sign some star, get real, usually your third string QB is a rookie or first year player that can be developed. Since Brown already knows the system, it was a no brainer.

Tuesdays are normally the day they bring in players to look at, maybe they are going to take a look at a couple of people today then decide.

Great move by Gailey. There's no reason to having TE stick around and remind the other players that if Fitz screws up it could be Trent again. I supported TE ever since he was a starter, but he was very indecisive and cautious out there. Very glad Chan had the guts to get rid of him now. Now I wonder if there is going to be a signing in the next couple of days. For those wondering why we didn't trade him, newsflash, every one has film on TE and they know better to give up anything for garbage, and that's how he played recently.

Why does everyone think we can trade any player that is useless to us? Do you actually think another team wants our garbage. It doesn't matter if its Trent or anyone else, whenever someone is benched, all these lets trade this guy threads pop up. News for all of you, if they can't make it as Bills, you might as well cut them, no one will make a trade for garbage.

I don't know if this switch is going to help or not, but they should just cut ties with Edwards altogether so this crap doesn't continue. Sick of going back and forth.

I agree with everything except when Edwards is replaced, just cut him. I don't want the chance of seeing him play anymore.
