Bills/Browns Fan Fight in Section 510
wil1226 replied to wil1226's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The two Browns fans(group of 4) were harassing an entire row of Bills fans who were minding their own business. It all boiled over when grey hoodie started taking pictures and putting his cell phone in people's faces. They finally had enough, 94 jersey and red sweatshirt guy came to the defense of the Bills fans who were being harassed the most. People repeatedly told them sit down and enjoy the game. They guy in the grey hoodie was making obscene gestures and rude comments to all the Bills fans. The sad part is that when his drunk friend finally pushed someone he ended up getting his @$$ kicked. The guy in the grey hoodie retreated like a coward and ran away to the next section. Hopefully his friend realizes what an A-hole he is and beats his @$$. -
The guy in the grey hoodie started the whole mess and didn't even get hit.

What's the worst day in Buffalo Bills history???
wil1226 posted a topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Wide right, the Music City Miracle, any of the other Super Bowl losses..... After what we've been through as fans for the past ten years those distant memories are reminders of success. For me the worst day in Buffalo Bills history has to be the day Ralph fired Bill Polian. One can only imagine what could have been if Mr Polian was still in charge here. So frustrating!!!! What's your opinion? -

Need Help!!! Two timeouts in a row???
wil1226 replied to wil1226's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This was on NFL.com 1-10-BUF 33 (1:19) C.Henne sacked at BUF 39 for -6 yards (P.Posluszny, K.Williams). Full sack for P.Posluszny. 2-16-BUF 39 3-13-BUF 36 Timeout #2 by MIA at 01:10. Before the next play the Brandon Marshall was calling timeout. They did try calling two in a row. -
Is this correct? I was at the game and have no idea what Steve and Gus said on TV. From wiki.answers.com Consecutive timeouts can be called in the NFL? Yes, however the second time out must be called before the referee blows his whistle signaling the ball is ready for play and starting the 25 second clock. If the coach waits to call the second time until after the referee blows the whistle signaling the ball ready to play, a 15 yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty is assessed.

Torbor and Coleman are out. Ellis is listed as the backup to Kelsey on the depth chart and Maybin as the backup to Torbor. Does that mean Maybin? Maybe back to more 4-3 until help arrives???

According to Wikipedia the minimum practice squad salary is $5,200 per week for 17 weeks, or $88,400 per season compared to the NFL minimum rookie salary of $285,000. It's probably another reason they kept Nelson and Jones over Jackson and Hardy. All about the bottom line......

With 1:59 remaining, the Ravens faced second-and-one at the Buffalo 49. Instead of calling for a running play to pick up the first down, Billick decided to throw three times - all incompletions.
