To me we have to avoid injuries to vital players.
2020 Star Lotulelei, EJ Gaines, Zack Moss.
2021 Tre White.
2022 Von Miller and Micah Hyde.
2023 Von Miller, Matt Milano, Terrell Bernard, Tre White Christian Benford.
I disagree Kelly threw maddening interceptions similar to Josh. The only difference is he had two Hall of Famers in Reed and Lofton. Then Bill Brooks that was a premier WR in Indy before he got here. Oh and Thurman who was as complete a RB as you'll ever find.
Tyrod was not cutting it when he got benched look no further than his horrible performance against in the playoffs vs the Jaguars. Also if look back some felt Peterman was a 2nd Round talent that we got him in the 5th.

Toss in the the preseason he beat Allen for his preseason he was like the best QB in the preseason. In retrospect we should be thankful Peterman was so horrible as never would have lead us to draft Allen.
Mahomes had more passing TDs than Mr. MVP.
Lamar had three games with 0 TDs scored (passing and rushing) and his team only lost 1 of those games, 17-10 to the Steelers.
I think Brady was better at reading defenses/taking what they gave him. Whereas Mahomes is best in improvising or going off script, granted sometimes he's more lucky than good as many a time he should be intercepted and he's not or guys pass on tackling him because his fake sideline stuff etc. As much as I hate Mahomes I do have to credit him like Brady he always seems to be not rattled, something Josh has to learn to do TBH.
Kelly might not have missed the kick but he had a bunch of misses in that game to win, when it was clear that the Giants were shutting down the passing game Jim (who called plays) elected to keep on passing instead of running Thurman. He also had really bad clock management in that final drive as often Thurman. After Thurman got tackled at the 29, Kelly had 9 seconds on the clock. He elected to spike the ball instead of running a final play to try and get it closer.
You really feel good about Rousseau and Miller as your pass rushers next year? If this wasn't as strong year at WR I might say grab the WR in Round 1 yet with the depth I'm willing to wait assuming we lose AJE and Floyd.
"Going forward, his role will increase just because he's been here for a year, and he's going to be able to compete," wide receivers coach Ronald Curry said this summer. "It's kind of the same situation as far as the receiver numbers that are back, but he's a special talent."
