These last two are a slot guys. Yes more WR options for other teams to pursue. To me Cooper or Slayton are guys we should pursue but address Dline and CB first. PS bring back Mack too.
-
He was a 2nd rounder sometimes gotta plug and play or in his case plug and pray at LG. Sure they could pursue a low cost vet to compete but ideally not what you want. Smith was franchised. He's getting top 10 Oline money unless can get a long term deal worked out to spread the money out.
-
Bolton could command big money and not sure they could match it. Top of the line LT don't come available in UFA or trade unless their coming off injury or having contract issues. KC is giving big money to Jawaan and now Smith on the line to invest more money no easy task. I can't see them having cap space for a top end LT. Could they trade up in the draft? Sure but big leap from 31 to top 15.
-
They might move their 2nd Rounder last year who busted at LT last season to LG. So expect the Chiefs to draft a LT prospect again this season. I doubt it they were over the cap prior to the trade, it likely helps offset franchising Smith.

1998 Bills season highlights :Flutiemania!
The Jokeman replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
Guess what in his second year, we slid to 15th in scoring. In his last 5 starts of 1999 Flutie and the offense were averaging 17 points a game (inflated because of 31 points outing) You know kills drives too? Turnovers had 22 of them in 15 games. 1999 Flutie was not even close to the production we got in 1998 and why he got benched. -
Na he'll follow Rodgers to...Pittsburgh?....Cleveland?....Las Vegas?...the Giants? but people complain about what we gave up for Cooper....

and again RJ left the field with a lead just like Josh Allen did in the 13 seconds game... or maybe it looked like RJ sparked the offense with the win they had against the Colts, as Flutie lost to them in the season opener 13-31 and RJ beat them 31-6 in the season finale... -

Just like he lead us to victory the previous season against Miami in the playoffs? Oh wait he got sacked by Trace Armstrong and fumbled with the game on the line then... -

Flutie was a turnover machine and offense with him in 1999 was averaging like 16 points a game with him at QB down the stretch. No guarantees he'd do better. -
Back to Tyliek, in high school he ran a 4.68 forty so he's a freak athlete, am a little surprised he didn't do any combine drills to up his stock as most feel he late 1st/early 2nd but I'd okay with us taking him at 30.

Players the Bills have met with at Combine
The Jokeman replied to gonzo1105's topic in The Stadium Wall
Sounds like Giants must have their sites on Cam Ward and don't want anyone getting him. The question is what the Titans be looking for to move down and risk losing Abdul Carter meets their needs the most, As Cleveland is an X factor as do they take Abdul at #2 if Ward goes one and than move Garrett? or trade down a few spots and get Sanders before Vegas? Or settle on Hunter? -
Grant getting hurt at the combine might allow him to fall to us at 30 if so I'm happy to have him but also been very vocal would also take Tyleik Williams.
-
He doesn't but he does need a playmaker that he can pass to, Shakir at times showed he has it, Coleman at times showed it too. We also need Kincaid to play as he did as a rookie too. I'm all for adding to the WR room but like you think need more of a depth guy vs a top flight guy. IF we can't bring back Cooper at a low salary I truly believe Darius Slayton a perfect compliment to what we have and be a solid addition at a low cost to give us an outside guy with speed that we currently lack. Also think it important to bring Hollins back too.
-
It just shows we don't value WR as other positions and considering we've been a top flight offense without one it feels like a wise move. As I'm in the camp that we'd be better served with a better defense as things stand by. As it's always been my thought it's far easier to win by preventing the other team from scoring than out scoring the other team.
-
I wouldn't be shocked if this one of those not going to tag him but re-sign him at the veteran minimum type things. Either way he's a good but not great player and as others elude could be replaced with a rookie with more upside if eventually let go of Knox.
-
And before that Beasley and John Brown. Toss in Emmanuel Sanders was added after Diggs. But yeah we don't put talent around Allen.

Tyleik Williams is the guy that be best option for the Bills. Gives them the two gapper needed to let Oliver rush the passer more and keep guys off of Bernard. -
Is he a number 1? Nope but he's an average to above average number 2 which is what Commanders need. They're trying to get their QB in a rookie deal more talent around him. I think it makes sense for that team. I wonder if they looking to improve at RB from Brian Robinson and who they could land?

Eagles had a bunch of guys on D under their rookie contracts many of which are free agents this season. -

I'm guessing they'd want a 3rd. I like him but he comes off like a diva WR toss in he only has one year left on his contract and not sure we could re-sign him. Too bad there's this thing called the salary cap. -
The first thing that came to my mind when saw her name in this topic.
