  1. Odd that they met at Georgia Southern and share a Buffalo Bills connection now. Kind of reminds me that Thurman married a girl from Buffalo that he met at Oklahoma State.
  2. Diggs Kincaid Samuel Shakir Cook Rookie Knox Hollins Shorter
  3. Thomas, Franklin and Legette are my top WR fits for the Bills in the 1st.
  4. His forty wasn't bad but his 10 yard split was dead last amongst all WRs at 1.61 His 3 cone and 20 yard was below the median. https://www.oregonlive.com/ducks/2024/03/how-oregons-troy-franklin-performed-at-nfl-scouting-combine.html
  5. JAG who started 30 games and was a team captain and known to be a locker room leader? More likely they didn't want to pay him his guaranteed contract or have it count against their cap and/or have a guy that was brought in by Brandon Staley who was fired just before Day's release. https://www.ocregister.com/2023/12/22/chargers-waive-team-captain-sebastian-joseph-day/
  6. I have no issues if we double up on Safety as of course we have questions whether Rapp can start and honestly have no depth at the position as the roster stands now unless we want to include Cam Lewis who I feel better served as a CB. I also feel doubling up on DL logical with Rousseau and Miller being long term questions and little to no depth at DT. I would also welcome adding a CB as the long term status of Douglas and Elam are questionable at best toss in many CBs can also contribute in sub packages or even be used in the return game. While a RB or WR could also fill this role but to me we need more size in those positions and while I like Legette as a KR am unsure he has what it takes to be a PR. I mean if you look at our recent draft history under Beane late round picks like Nick Broeker, Alex Austin, Jack Anderson, Kevon Seymore and Ray-Ray Mcloud are still contributing in the NFL which merits drafting as many guys as possible to fill holes in depth.
  7. 3rd day draft pick. I like his size/speed numbers. Likely nothing more than a depth WR. At best he could be in the Darius Slayton type.
  8. Until I know what's available at 28 all of these options are questionable. I mean as the roster stands now a DLineman looks like the biggest need outside of Safety but I don't see any Safety prospects with Round 1 grades. Also Hollis is 30 and in a 1 year deal. So if a WR falls to us at 28, I wouldn't pass on one unless a quality DT or DE is on the board.
  9. But Pickett has more contract time left and less of a hit in the cap.
  10. Jets adding Tyron Smith. Been a great player in Dallas but at 33 how much does he have left? https://nfltraderumors.co/jets-to-sign-ot-tyron-smith/
  11. Bring in K'Von Wallace to compete to start, at the very least he's be solid depth. He's got youth and flexible to play both Safety spots can play slot CB in a pinch.
  12. I'm sure Von Miller recommended him. Looks like a solid add assuming he comes in at a cap friendly deal.
  13. The Steelers no longer all 3 QBs that started for them in 2023. Talk about an overhaul.
  14. Marvin Harrison Jr., Ohio State - Arizona Cardinals Rome Odunze, Washington - New York Giants Ladd McConkey, Georgia - Cincinnati Bengals (Round 2) Brian Thomas Jr., LSU - Chicago Bears Xavier Worthy Texas- Las Vegas Raiders Bonus Bills pick - Chop Robinson
  15. I've made no secret my affinity of Cornelius Johnson, I also like WR Bub Means and RB Isaiah Davis.
  16. I would think New England would listen to offers but then again Maye fall into their laps if Washington goes for the kid from LSU.
  17. Zeke was on our radar last year, not sure why he wouldn't be this year. Also other mentioned CEH has ties to Brady and don't think he a horrible depth RB who brings a little size to the room too.
  18. Mecole Hardman and Skyy Moore beg to differ, both were 2nd Round picks and let's just say they haven't been consistent producers.
  19. Isaiah Davis from South Dakota State is an intriguing guy to me. He has good size at 6'0 218 and runs big, his forty time is average at 4.57 but think a good change of pace to Cook and who knows if puts time in could eventually start in this league.
  20. I'd trade a 6th rounder or Jackson for Samuel each and everytime.
  21. I'm one that wants a big bodied X WR. I even posted in another thread how Samuel is a good WR but maybe not best fit here. As if look at the success he had with Brady he was in the slot 60% of the time which to me hurts us using Shakir there. He's my choice depending what's left at DL.
  22. You forgetting when we had Peerless Price on the outside? Or Lee Evans?
  23. You can't trade a 7th and get Wilson and an 8th round pick back.
  24. It's a big building with a lot of patients in it but that's not important right now.
  25. Please everyone knows that ebay > Craig's List.
