How do you explain Diggs invisibility act
The Jokeman replied to Coldfronts's topic in The Stadium Wall
I love all these rumors and yet Diggs always has a smile on his face on the field and always telling the media that it's not true etc. -
Mitch Morse and Eric Wood. Centered On Buffalo.
The Jokeman replied to Gregg's topic in The Stadium Wall
He's coming on his 5th year and not been able to break the starting lineup yet and/or replaced by others (see McGovern). I think he's a career backup, not a horrible because of his position flexibility but I'd rather find a younger successor to Morse tbh. -
We're living on the edge...

The Most Embarrassing Day in Bills’ History

I think the Romo 5 interception game and losing on a field goal was the one loss that angered me the most. -
The Most Embarrassing Day in Bills’ History

Levy can be criticised for poor clock management in XXV. He also failed to recognize that Thurman wasn't getting tripped and should have told Marchibroda/Kelly to look to run more. As we had drives that were less than 3 minutes and was no wonder the defense was gassed. I could go on and on. That actually worked out as Kelly developed and we sucked so bad we were in position to draft Bruce Smith. If Kelly plays in Buffalo out of college we might not in same position. -

I agree the middle two we definitely had less talent. -

He isn't trolling, I agree Kelly was a good not great QB. If all things were equal I would have favored Marino at QB over Kelly on those early 90 squads. -

What killed Super XXVIII is after the Nate Odomes interception we couldn't punch in a TD before the end of the first half. I think if we do our spirits are high and if Thurman still fumbles it's not as devastating. -
hogboy sounds familiar and a volunteer firefighter being an arsonist definitely ringing bells too.

Options for the position coaches that are vacant
The Jokeman replied to Billzgobowlin's topic in The Stadium Wall
Mike Caldwell feels like he could be our new LB coach, QB coach is a tough call Jake Peez or Matt Lombardi have connection to Brady and might willing to move from their current jobs with the Rams/Raiders respectively. DL coach might see Sam Mills III brought in that as worked with Bobby in Carolina. They just brought in Peter Carmichael who has been a QB coach in the past with Payton. -
Three Potential Landing Spots For Tee Higgins
The Jokeman replied to Peace Frog's topic in The Stadium Wall
Chase is clearly their number 1 and to me re-signing Higgins to top 15 WR money going to restrict what can do with other guys, like the Bills we can't give another WR elite money because of Diggs, Josh's and Von's contract. As a result think HIggins leaves Cincy due to money Burrow, Hendrickson, Hubbard and Chase going to eventually command. Toss is Mike Brown isn't the richest of owners so he might not be able to pay all those guys so they have to determine priorities. As good as Higgins is he isn't Chase. Isabella likely not on this team in 2024 except for the PS if Hamler shows he's healthy. -

He also didn't play with Burrow for 7 games this year. Either way he's the top WR in the UFA group by most evaluators. -

Reuniting with his OC to Titans makes sense. As they could use to give Levis more weapons. Edited to fix team. -
Daniel Jeremiah top 50 prospects . Who are the Bills drafting?
The Jokeman replied to DJB's topic in The Stadium Wall
If we lose Floyd and AJE as UFAs I think Chop Robinson is a smart move. As Von might be better next year but we still have to look towards the future and Chop could be a successor to Von. -
But he's a widow now, he might be looking to rebuild himself.

Carroll coaching Bills DBs? Reliving 1984? Webb was coaching QBs in Denver last season. -

I saw someone in a Funko Pop group (I collect them) on Facebook with mock up actual figures. I'm sure Funko saw the responses to it and then reached out to him about making a figure/T-shirt and perhaps Jason thought the proceeds go to Patricia fund after embracing Bills Mafia by partaking in taking in a tailgate, including bowling ball shot.

True but you still need to be able to routinely move the ball with your arm otherwise you've got another LamarJackson V 2.0

He should be there at the end of Round 2 if we got Dline or Safety in Round 1.

Inside Jets dysfunction article in the Athletic

Sounds like the inmates running the asylum. Saleh likely gone after next season unless somehow the Jets turn things around and make the playoffs. -

On a complete opposite note this weekend I learned not to freeze almond milk, as after it defrosts it ends up separating and get water on the top and bunch of white at the bottom. -
That and Rosen felt Brady esque in that he didn't have an elite arm but was good at reading defenses. Able to lead his team back (see win at USC). He just seemed to be the safest QB to draft.
