    I disagree a 30 yard field goal a gimme, a 45 yard field goal lingers in the maybe category.

    A guy who leads the league in TDs scored is 4th in All Pro voting? Pfft. The whole turnovers thing is so overblown as we saw this weekend.

    I don't think we have 4 healthy starting caliber LBs on the roster to pull that off. Toss in Pittsburgh's WR of Johnson and Pickens can be sneaky good so playing just 3 DBs makes no sense.

    So they're replacing Belichick with a guy in Meyo that only coached and played under Belichick? and they are expecting new things to happen? I guess it's possible depending who he brings in as his OC but tbh I think I would have looked elsewhere especially when the team's weakness was on offense.

    He's interim so I think if change it to permanent they're okay since they not really replacing him.

    He got a vote of confidence late in the season, honestly as a Bills fan I hope they keep him.

    In a surprise move he goes to Oakland to reunite with Jimmy G and he names McDaniels his OC.

    Yeah he's the OL coach in Nawlins.

    Charles Huff has been a good HC with Marshall and a good recruiter/assistant coach and spent time under Saban in Alabama. If I'm Alabama's Athletic Director he's the guy I'd be looking at.

    When Marrone first named Hackett his OC I questioned it. I felt he would have been suited as a QB coach and we should have taken a proven NFL OC.

    I know Terry Robiskie was an OC/Interim HC with the Browns in 2004 and in 2005 he was their WR coach. There may be others but he was the first one that came to mind.

    Rivera is a smart hire yet McDermott might sour some of his current assistant coaches if he went that route and tbh don't think that the best thing to do as am sure might have reservations based on last years guys moving on (see Chad Hall).

    I agree, I threw it out there only because of the firing of their WR coach. Toss in they probably could get another 1st rounder or more if move Fields and keep #1 draft Caleb Williams.

    I'd die if this happens and then Vrabel names Belichick as his DC. Yet I know Belichick close to the HC win record so likely only stick around for a HC job but who knows, the guy might just want to stick around to spite the league. New QB or next generational WR in Marvin Harrison Jr? or a possible trade down if they have faith in Fields.

    Never say never the Texans hired Lovie Smith out of the blue.

    Fingers crossed he gets either job and then we'll get 3rd Round draft picks, from the league, in 2024 and 2025 as a result.

    Kelce's 6'6 whereas Kincaid a few inches shorter but does make them slightly different. I think comparisons stem from they both know how to find holes in the defense and hand catch and high point quote well. I've read some feel Dalton another Aaron Hernandez which thinks a fair comparison based on size and on the field abilities

    Because I think both are bottom of depth chart DEs, we still need at least one starting edge rusher and don't think that Von is that anymore and think we're going to lose Floyd and AJE in UFA.

    That's where management should talk to the players and get some input to see what they think. Granted they don't have listen but learn what the guys feel about Pierce. I'd ask the guys that may not be around long to get a true feel and the the circle of guys like Crosby who to me a leader.

    The last time they had an interim HC it was Rich Bisaccia who did a pretty good for them but they went out and got Josh McDaniels and we saw how that ended. I agree Pierce did them well, he might not be a name but if he can find a good OC and decent DC he should be successful assuming Jacobs and Adams return.

    I respect Von for his career but right now he just isn't good enough. Keep him benched and give his reps to Kingsley Jonathan so we can determine see if he can possibly replace Shaq in 2023.
