Darius Robinson feels like a possible pick if we don't go WR. As has the height we like at DE but can also move inside on passing downs. Yet again until.roster filled out tough call what we draft first and of course who's available.
Had 5 sacks last year, pre draft bio felt he had to get a bit bigger to play in the end vs being a rush lb. Looks like he took a few years to develop but likely nothing more than a rotational DE. Like most guys has good RAS and can contribute on STs.
Davidson might have the size for DT but he's a DE but not that great at getting to the QB. Taven might be an okay guy behind Oliver as long as he not looking for starting money I'd be okay adding him but feel Joseph-Day offers more.
I disagree Young was well on his way to being amongst better DEs in the league and sustained a serious injury. Clowney just a guy that has great measurables that doesn't play up to them.
He was cut and therefore he not in the comp pick formula.
Yes, post June 1 cut guys can sign once they've been announced as such but their teams don't get their cap space back until June 1.
The Bills like interchangeable Safeties to help disguise coverage. Yet if we're replacing Hyde I'd say we need more of a Center field type and different reports say different thin gson Blackmon. As some think with his CB background he better deep but PFF says he's better closer to the line of scrimmage.
I didn't look to see if this one was posted but it's one of my favorites, youtube has a video of it being performed live with a full orchestra that never get tired of listening to.
Odd that they met at Georgia Southern and share a Buffalo Bills connection now. Kind of reminds me that Thurman married a girl from Buffalo that he met at Oklahoma State.
His forty wasn't bad but his 10 yard split was dead last amongst all WRs at 1.61 His 3 cone and 20 yard was below the median. https://www.oregonlive.com/ducks/2024/03/how-oregons-troy-franklin-performed-at-nfl-scouting-combine.html
JAG who started 30 games and was a team captain and known to be a locker room leader? More likely they didn't want to pay him his guaranteed contract or have it count against their cap and/or have a guy that was brought in by Brandon Staley who was fired just before Day's release. https://www.ocregister.com/2023/12/22/chargers-waive-team-captain-sebastian-joseph-day/
