Bills scored more points than any other team this season..
The Jokeman replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall
It sounds like Seattle going to part ways with Kearse due to age/salary and Smith-Nijgma stepping up, I can't see them losing Metcalf too in the same offseason. Toss in he's due $24 million this season which no easy task for the Bills to add. I've mentioned in other threads if the Bills are looking for a faster WR that can man the outside Darius Slayton could be a sneaky good signing. -
If/when we get two 5ths for compensation picks I doubt we'll need to trade down. Maybe move up in Round 4 with one of our extra Day 3 picks if a guy falls that we really like.

The Stadium Wall is a great place to come talk about the Bills

No love for Shout! magazine? Thanks but please spread your appreciation for others besides me. -

I could see a G but since Granger seems to be the backup C for the short/long term. -
Hufanga is on my short list of Safeties I'd pursue but not sure it's as big a need as DE/DT/outside CB. If I'm paying a UFAs I'd prefer to nab a 2nd CB and a D-lineman.
-
Tyleik Williams, run stuffing DT that this team needs. Likely will be available with our top pick and run to the podium to get him.
-
This is now on Beane, no question he needs to step up.

Roseman also benefitted from having multiple picks in the top 20 of several recent drafts. Toss in fleecing the Titans for AJ Brown. -
Jordan Davis, Vince Wilfork and William "Refrigerator" Perry might disagree.
-
Easier said than done when have and paying for a franchise QB.
-
And yet McDermott lead us to all the games prior to the losses. I won't disagree that our defense is the problem yet I'm not blaming him for a missed FG by Bass that could have tied 2023 Chiefs game and we had a chance at the end of this season too.

and Brian Billick was an offensive minded head coach with a horrible offense but won with an elite defense.

Checkout KC's WR acquisitions since 2017 Drafted: Jehu Chesson, Tremon Smith, Mecole Hardman, Cornell Powell, Skyy Moore, Rashee Rice, Xavier Worthy. FA signings Sammy Watkins MVS, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Richie James, Marquise Brown Trades: Kadarius Toney, DeAndre Hopkins Undrafted free agents Byron Pringle, If we're awful than the Chiefs are even worse IMO as see far less contributions from their lot than ours.
-
Hopefully Nielsen and Rebrovich can help with that. Skyy Moore book has been written, I don't think he caught a pass all season.
-
and ironically he has the most YPC over all other rookie WRs taken in 2021-2024.
-
Meanwhile the Chiefs are doing a great job with guys like Felix Anudike-Uzomah, Kingsley Suamataia/Wayna Morris and Skyy Moore.

Hollins may not but if Samuel avoids injury and Coleman develops more than he doesn't have to. The great thing about not having a number 1 guy you aren't over relying on just one guy to produce. -

We need what Von was pre injury (8 sacks in 11 games) no doubt but we also have holes at CB opposite Benford and Dline depth to worry about. -
Xavier Worthy: So far, not much more than a gadget guy
The Jokeman replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
We weren't a BTJ away from beating the Chiefs. We needed a difference making DE and guess what the best rookie was Chop Robinson and hate to break it to you he wouldn't have been good enough even as DROY. -
If we're giving up at least two 1s for Garrett what's left for Williams?

Fine. Worthy is better right now but I'm not disappointed with Keon as some are on this board. Did he come in as a rookie and be the alpha #1 we all wanted? No but he did display some better speed than I expected based on predraft process. He also showed playmaking ability when given a chance in space. Again I liken him to a Muhsin Mohammed. -

I guess if Keon had 3x more touches he could have had 1731 yards and 12 TDs. But I know Worthy's better. -

Is it a fail or a guy that wasn't fully recovered from a broken wrist?
