  1. I like Weaver as a replacement for Shaq and down the road a Hughes' successor.
  2. Milano is a good not great player, I think he's the type you need to win but not over pay for. I hate making this comparison but is first one that came to mind but similar to Tedy Bruschi.
  3. Yeah to me he serve as a backup to Motor and replace Andre Roberts.
  4. Yeldon is under contract so I can't see us tossing him aside unless we get someone better.
  5. I'm in the opposite opinion when it comes to RB. I think we need to add some speed at the position as to me Motor is a mauler.
  6. I think Waddle is a decent depth guy and he did start his first few years when our online coach was in Detroit. To me he's a low cost guy who could likely contribute but wouldn't count on him to start.
  7. I agree with you as to me Spain and Phillips are our two most important UFAs.
  8. Lawson admitting he played under motivation for a contract a tad worrisome. I admit when we drafted him I was a big fan but he hasn't lived up to said hype. If he's looking for top level salary I let him walk and draft his replacement who hopefully replaces Hughes when his contact ends. I think it be wise to also add a vet to replace LorAx who can also contribute to the pass rush.
  9. I also think a speedy RB like a Tarik Cohen do us wonders. I'd love a Salvon Ahmed if he comes out.
  10. I know what one is and think Patriots fit the description more than the Bills.
  11. How is it a safety? The ball didn't go out of bounds from inside the end zone. It was a forward moving fumble like Allen's.
  12. If we sign Cooper we aren't drafting a WR early. I could see signing a guy like Allison to compete for the 3/4 spot and if a guy they like falls to us in Round 2 doing that with our top pick being at DE to replace Shaq and eventually replacing Hughes. On the Online I keep Spain but look for a veteran to compete at RT. Maybe Waddle comes back.
  13. Hopefully he can work out with Brown, Beasley, Williams, Knox.
  14. We won't get that, they don't want to admit guilt on this it will swept under the carpet and tile be rewritten next year and most people will forget this ever happened.
  15. If Belecheck stays as HC I'm not sure Brady returns to New England unless Kraft over rides the decision again.
  16. ESPN just had a great discussion on this. The rule clearly states a player must fal to ground or kneel AND make no effort to advance. The ref called it based on the rulebook but was superceded by off field officials who interpreted the player's action. Yet Tim Hasselbeck stated in victory formation the QB has to take a knee before passing it to a ref etc. We got hosed on this one and now I'm angrier than before.
  17. So was the Gore run before Allen's intentional grounding.
  18. Houston's defense didn't have Watt half the season. I'm not saying he won them the game but he is a great player.
  19. It's the mind set behind it. As Josh making a play like that makes you wonder why he's making a risky play like that when he didn't need to?
  20. The booth seemed to review quite a few non scoring plays too including a few ball placement calls etc.
  21. Yeah that free 1st down hurt. You also forget the holding call on Siran that we never saw a replay for.
