  1. How many weapons at WR do we need? To me we need to improve our OGs, TEs on offense toss in 2nd CB and pass rush and likely replace Milano and could do so with pick 30 before I'd even think of help at WR.
  2. They gave up a 2021 7th Rounder and get Wilson and a 2022 7th Rounder.
  3. Please Cleveland isn't that smart, he'll get his $43 million per season and they'll trade Beckham and let Chubb walk in a few years and then wonder where their offense went.
  4. However, the actual efficiency of his play during his time in Detroit was hotly debated. He earned PFF grades of just 45.5 and 45.7 in the past two seasons and was specifically a vulnerability in coverage while providing little pass rush (3.0 sacks in three seasons). https://www.prideofdetroit.com/2021/3/8/22319964/detroit-lions-release-christian-jones-russell-bodine
  5. Idk Byrd had more INTs his rookie year than this kid in four years. Yet if mean likely over paid for production as can't remember him making many plays against us.
  6. Next contract up, it's the nature of the industry.
  7. Kroft not being active down the stretch tell me he's gone. I think we could go hard after Gerald Everett as seems like he'd be an upgrade to Knox or if looking for a shorter contract maybe a Richard Rodgers who might not be better than Knox but has a chance to be more consistent.
  8. He could be another Percy Harvin or Coradelle Patterson. That said I'm not putting WR as our top pick.
  9. If I'm Seattle I give Russell his wish and toss him to Vegas for Carr and a bunch of picks. Even with Josh Jacobs I can't see Russell improving that team because Chucky is unstable and Mayock isn't a great GM by any stretch based on his draft record.
  10. Yep I think we benefitted getting Kelly because him going off the USFL allowed us to be worse and then add guys like Bruce and Andre and Reich etc in later drafts. Yet to me Marino was a better QB then Jim by quite a bit. Yet Elway will be the best of that class.
  11. Le'Raven Clark from the Colts to me is a veteran we should look at if we let Neskhe walk as he's younger guy who's played Tackle and Guard for the Colts.
  12. Williams was second time all pro in 2017 so his resume was stronger than what we had. Toss in he played OG for the Panthers in 2019 he looked like a low risk high reward signing. At worst he would have been a backup at best he'd return to his All Pro form. He became somewhere in between. Personally I keep him over Milano since to me he's a better talent and think Milano is easier to replace.
  13. I would have mentioned Mike Peca but I just looked at his wikipedia page and appears he isn't part of the organization anymore, he's working for the Capitals as a player development coach.
  14. Brown's a cut candidate and McKenzie and Davis are UFAs. I wouldn't be shocked if we get a kid on day 3.
  15. Beasley getting cut mid season would make him higher on my list.
  16. No joke but he ran the same time as Tom Brady, 5.28.
  17. If we don't bring Ty Nsehke back I'd like to see us take a chance on Le'Raven Clark from the Colts, as he has played both guard and tackle for them. He might never be a full time starter but think could be valuable backup piece.
  18. Where he belongs, the bench.
  19. Hughes isn't getting double digit sacks like he did earlier in his career and for much of the early season he seemed a step slower. He's good but not great. I don't mind keeping him for leadership and he can get to the QB on occasion. He's similar to Addison and I might be in minority but I keep both and then sign an UFA and draft a kid in the mid rounds to maybe compete. The UFA I like the most is Dawuane Smoot as I don't think he'd break the bank but think he's starting to come into his own. Don't forget to include Dawuane Smoot in the lower cost option guys who could be worth adding.
  20. He'd definitely be on my short list as he's a good player, at least he has been for New England and Miami.
  21. Ngakoue to me is undersized and over valued. I was doing more digging of UFAs and a name that could be a very affordable option and productive was Dawuane (DJ) Smoot of the Jaguars. https://www.si.com/nfl/jaguars/news/should-the-jaguars-re-sign-dawuane-smoot as he's had 11.5 sacks combined the last two seasons after having 0 his first two seasons. If looking for a 1 tech that could be had in the lower rounds to me the guy to target is Bobby Brown III. I think we could get him in the 5th round and coule be good value.
  22. John Ross? Phillip Dorsett has a better resume.
  23. Ngakoue completely disappeared after being traded to Baltimore. I think he's a good not great pass rusher yet think will get overpaid for.
