    It is, they lost their starting TE last year in free agency and replaced him with Hayden Hurst.

    You can't cut injured players unless reach a settlement.

    Greg Van Roten. I'm thinking Mancz is injured as no way Van Roten is better.

    Taron Johnson will be on Kupp since he plays the slot.

    They also cut Lynn Bowden who has some traits I like, I'd make a move to get him on the PS if possible. Also I saw Austin Reiter was cut and if Mancz is hurt he could be a good backup C

    We let him go once and he made the game changing play against us in a playoff game when he was in Houston. So we vowed for that to never happen again

    Chrisman needs some refinement, that's likely why Bengals cut him. I'm sure he'll be on someone's practice squad this season.

    Nate is 28 and was a 5th Round pick. I know his age because he's 17 years younger than me and both born on May 4th.

    Rachad Wildgoose might get cut from the Jets, I wonder if we'd bring him back since he only 1 year removed from being here.

    We could have signed him last year and either he or we passed so there's that. Kern to me sounds like best short term answer.

    Kern feels like the ideal fit for this year at least maybe sign him and bring a younger kid on the practice squad too.

    Michael Palardy is also a former Panther during the Beane/McDermott times and is a lefty. He seems to be as good a choice as any.

    The biggest issue is we didn't have a true NT in those days, if we could have had a Ted Washington instead of Jeff Wright the defense would have been worlds better. That said Jim Kelly also played horrible in all 4 Super Bowls too.
