  1. At this point he's a depth CB at best and rather go younger than older to be honest.
  2. Slaton could be a good guy to add to our room as he definitely what we lack at DT. Yet not sure he'd be the be all to end all solution so hopefully wouldn't back up the brinks truck for him.
  3. Oh I know just saying it's justifiable McDermott allowed to have personal control.
  4. Williams ballooned up to 410 lbs prior to joining the Redskins. Yes a total bust and remember campaigning hard that draft season to take Bryant McKinnie over BIG Mike.
  5. If he can stay healthy.
  6. Well McDermott did start his NFL as a scouting coordinator so makes some sense. Toss in with Whaley fired right after the draft Terry might not have wanted us getting stuck with guys from the previous regime ties.
  7. Even if Beane had a scouting background he has scouts that report to him just like most GMs do. Also Beane did play football in high school so it's not like he a stranger to playing the game. Toss in am sure he's learned a few things here and there but in Carolina and Buffalo about scouting just because of nature of his jobs.
  8. Wasn't he connected to Doug Whaley? Not saying he doesn't know his stuff as did serve in the NFL but he may be a tad biased.
  9. The point is you can't fit a square peg in a round hole. McConkey wouldn't fix our hole at outside WR or perform as well as he did with as he did in LA if we ended playing him on the outside full time.
  10. No love for Kolby Listenbee?
  11. That sounds more like a job for Brian Bosworth 😆
  12. It sounds like Seattle going to part ways with Kearse due to age/salary and Smith-Nijgma stepping up, I can't see them losing Metcalf too in the same offseason. Toss in he's due $24 million this season which no easy task for the Bills to add. I've mentioned in other threads if the Bills are looking for a faster WR that can man the outside Darius Slayton could be a sneaky good signing.
  13. If/when we get two 5ths for compensation picks I doubt we'll need to trade down. Maybe move up in Round 4 with one of our extra Day 3 picks if a guy falls that we really like.
  14. No love for Shout! magazine? Thanks but please spread your appreciation for others besides me.
  15. In the winter months, I'd much rather be inside watching a football game then being stuck outside with icy snow rain comes down like we see here today.
  16. I could see a G but since Granger seems to be the backup C for the short/long term.
  17. Hufanga is on my short list of Safeties I'd pursue but not sure it's as big a need as DE/DT/outside CB. If I'm paying a UFAs I'd prefer to nab a 2nd CB and a D-lineman.
  18. Tyleik Williams, run stuffing DT that this team needs. Likely will be available with our top pick and run to the podium to get him.
  19. Roseman also benefitted from having multiple picks in the top 20 of several recent drafts. Toss in fleecing the Titans for AJ Brown.
  20. Jordan Davis, Vince Wilfork and William "Refrigerator" Perry might disagree.
  21. Easier said than done when have and paying for a franchise QB.
  22. And yet McDermott lead us to all the games prior to the losses. I won't disagree that our defense is the problem yet I'm not blaming him for a missed FG by Bass that could have tied 2023 Chiefs game and we had a chance at the end of this season too.
  23. and Brian Billick was an offensive minded head coach with a horrible offense but won with an elite defense.
  24. Checkout KC's WR acquisitions since 2017 Drafted: Jehu Chesson, Tremon Smith, Mecole Hardman, Cornell Powell, Skyy Moore, Rashee Rice, Xavier Worthy. FA signings Sammy Watkins MVS, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Richie James, Marquise Brown Trades: Kadarius Toney, DeAndre Hopkins Undrafted free agents Byron Pringle, If we're awful than the Chiefs are even worse IMO as see far less contributions from their lot than ours.
