    He showed to be a pretty good "MLB" with Arkansas last year playing in a 4-2-5 defense and is similarly sized as Edmunds.

    I found odd we had Phillips in "for a visit" yet whatever it takes to bring him back. I think some of the visits are just his agent trying to drum up leverage.

    He tried with OJ Howard, I think most of us thought it was a good idea until we saw it in person. You can't hit on everything, that said I agree TE #2 a big time need this offseason.

    Fletcher is an exception not the rule, that said he played with some bigger guys in Spikes and Posey.

    In other words if Poyer faulters or shows his age, Rapp gets an extension and Poyer gets cut.

    I know you can designate a post June 1st cut but not sure you can on trades.

    With his height and that speed am sure he'll get drafted, am guessing Rounds 5-7.

    We might add a C/G guy but think you do so in Round 3 at the earliest now as Bates/McGovern both have the ability to play OC as needed. I think we could see a TE or DT early in the draft.

    Last year exposed our Safety depth was questionable at best. Also no guarantee Damar returns this year. To me this a good add.

    His size worries me especially when we already have a small guy in Matt Milano. That said we don't need another Edmunds but like to see a MLB in the 6'3 235 range. I'd also like to see us run a more traditional 4-3 as while Taron Johnson an above average nickel CB am not sure it's best to have smaller guys on the field in potential running plays.
