  1. I'm an Oakland A's fan and was able to enjoy the 1989 season but 1988 and 1990 moreso the latter hurt badly. I also was a Rickey Henderson fan and was glad to see him win another championship in 1993.
  2. Oh wow! I went to high school with the guy on the right in the thumbnail. I'll have to DVR just to see his exact role with the team.
  3. https://www.buffalobills.com/news/ot-bobby-hart-signs-a-one-year-deal-with-bills
  4. Two, KC as don't think Raiders/Broncos defense can keep up with them as Reid build offenses in Philly with subpar WRs. The Chargers feel like a more complete team with Khalil and Jackson.
  5. Singletary is better than Moss in all facets of the game and to me he's a a change of pace back. If we draft a speed/return type back (I'm hoping for Ty Chandler) than Moss won't be on the 53 but wouldn't mind him on the PS.
  6. Lamar doesn't use proper grammar at least in most of the tweets I've read from him.
  7. With 8 picks I'm expecting in no particular order CB, WR, RB, OG, TE, P, LB, CB.
  8. My heart goes out to his family. Far too young.
  9. There were whispers all offseason that Bradberry was available, I'd like him but it depends on compensation as if give up anything higher than a 3rd I'd have reservations.
  10. I see no reason why Power should play in the NHL this season.
  11. The problem with Ole Miss is connecting to Eli which unfair to Arch as am sure he wants to establish his own legacy. Alabama is good but not sure I see the Mannings meshing with Nick Saban. Georgia feels just right to me.
  12. and a RB and a TE. The Jets aren't doing themselves any favors IMO as these last two offseasons they've done little to improve the talent on their roster.
  13. Immediate need yes but long term it's debatable as we have long term questions in terms of slot WR and possibly on the outside opposite Diggs, as yes Gabe played great against KC and has shown he can be at times a good #2 but we don't know for sure. Toss in Crowder is only here for a year and we still don't have a guy to handle kick returns that has good hands etc. In this NFL you have to be constantly looking down the road a year or two see when we took Rouseau and Basham, it was in part to replace Hughes and Addison as well as help us last season. Next year we could be looking to replace Crowder or having someone to pair with Davis like we did last year with Sanders.
  14. Toss in the 90s we seemingly took CB at the end of the 1st year after year after year with Thomas Smith, Jeff Burris and then Antoine Winfield, Nate Clements etc. With all the money we're spending we may need to keep our picks to get cheap depth to develop especially with guys like Poyer, Hyde aging and Stafford on a one year rental.
  15. I don't follow the trade value chart when it comes to players. Am sure he did and I'd be willing to bet that if we drafted JJ he likely not had same production as he's had in Minnesota.
  16. Or they realize that most rookies WR aren't going to go the Ja'Marr Chase route and be a star in their rookie seasons. I give them credit for trying to help Wilson but as we saw with Josh it took more than a 1st rounder to get bonafide #1 WR in a trade.
  17. Matt Haack, Shaq Lawson, Tyler Matekich, Zack Moss, Tawain Jones and Marquez Stevenson seem like guys that can be on the bash list.
  18. Jordan Stout- He's got better control and hang times than the other guy. Isaiah Likely- both Knox and Howard are UFAs after this season might as well groom a kid for a year to replace one of them.
  19. It's possible the Saints are a question mark without Peyton though. Yet think they lost a good one in Armstead and think they'd better suited staying where they are and grab best OT left on the board as imagine a QB will fall to them.
  20. Willis has the most upside potential of the QBs in the draft. I'm sure the teams that were in the Watson hunt could be eyeing him. I wouldn't be shocked if Seattle leap frogged a few teams to get him at #5 in a trade with the Giants.
  21. To me Dotson is a solid pick assuming some higher rater player didn't fall. As think he can be a return specialist as a rookie, maybe be our slot guy in his 2nd season and if he proves to be as fast as he looks in college a potential replacement for Diggs in 2024. Yet Kyler Gordon is my top fit for the Bills in the 1st.
  22. As small as that jersey is I was shocked it wasn't Flutie. I'm thinking Shaq will take 90 again.
  23. Cuz he hasn't lived up to expectations.
