To a degree but we've had some really bad GMs and HCs the last decade, yet appears we might finally be on the right track yet this offseason critical IMHO.

Is this year make or break for McDermott?

Likely no unless we completely fall apart and win less than 8 games etc. -

McD is a team guy so am sure he said something along the lines he's extremely upset if somebody didn't show up. Yet have a feeling he didn't know at that moment as to why he didn't show otherwise he'd make a different comment. As I don't see him to throw his players under the bus yet the press likely find a way to make it seem that way.

Barkley hinting at sitting out the 2023 season.

Oh thanks God this is Saquon I worried it was going to be Matt 😄 -
Last year's Chiefs team was better than what they putting out there this season. As they lost of an above average LT, a good slot WR and pass rushing DE and not sure they brought in equal talent back.

Nobody, while the Giants have ties to the current regime I'm still bitter, and always will be, over Super Bowl XXV. Carolina has ties to use with Frank Reich but not a big fan of their rookie QB. So instead rather root for no one in the NFC or root for someone offer the easiest chance for the Bills to win a Super Bowl against who at this point could be the Chicago Bears.

Outside of Kelce the Chiefs WRs are not all that great. Toney might be good but Skyy Mooore was a bit of a disappointment as a rookie and I can't tell you who they signed to replace JuJu, I know they drafted a kid but as we saw with Skyy last year, rookies struggle.

Shakir probably works in the slot this season and moves outside next season if Davis signs elsewhere or maybe stays in the slot and Shorter plays on the outside.
