    I think Gesicki would want a prove deal and not sure he'd get enough looks here that allow him to earn a big contract the following year. Yet agree we need help in the slot and 2nd TE. If we do look at free agency, I think a guy like Greg Dortch could be a low cost good slot answer yet unsure of his RFA vs UFA status.

    Because Daboll's great offense in New York produced 7 points against the Eagles this weekend.

    Hopefully a team willing to jump up at end of the 1st for a QB and we can get a high 2nd and more.

    Retool the offensive line. Find a cheap alternative to start in place of Poyer and Edmunds. Find a big TE that can block and offer RedZone help.

    Yetur Gross-Matos was a 2nd Rounder in the same draft and started all 17 games for the Panthers this season. He had 2.5 sacks, I guess Beane was dumb for not trading up for him huh?

    Because their 7th rounder wasn't splitting carries with Singletary or anyone that matter.

    6.5 sacks this season isn't poor production.

    And you think Metcalf have the exact same production here without having a Russell Wilson at QB or a Lockett on the other side? As much as like to say all things are equal they're not.

    And how many other teams missed on Metcalf?

    You want to rip on Beans poor draft record it's on fair to bring up busts by the Chiefs if going to make a comparison. The Chiefs defense was statistical worse than the Bills this season. They also have one of the top 5 DT in the game in Chris Jones. Last I checked nobody on our Dline was that good.

    He played with a bum arm most of the year, that said if he wants big money I can't justify with his age.
