  1. Until the Jets, Dolphins or Patriots can find a way to beat us once each or one twice think the division will remain ours. Honestly both the Jet and Dolphin wins last year came down to 1 play or drive so while it may raise some attention am not overly worried about either team until I see consistency which none of them have.
  2. We traded for Hines and knowing his cap figure. That tells me he's here until the contract runs out. While Devin is our best back right now, James/Hines offer more when comes to game speed/overall talent so think Devin is good as gone and likely replaced with a low cost rookie. I've mentioned before and will keep saying it that feel a guy like Chris Rodriguez Jr would be a good compliment to James if we lose Devin.
  3. If there's one thing I've learned in watching Josh Allen is quickness and separation our important for WRs. Deep speed is important but not the most vital thing as Beasley was hardly a speed demon and Diggs excelled finding softness in coverage etc. I'm not sure how you can measure a WR this without scouting them and seeing it for yourself but am welcome finding a WR that can do but also give us some size (see over 6'4") would be welcome as he'd also be great for the red zone.
  4. Maybe we can hire him as Safeties coach and someone will hire him as a HC in 2024 and we can get two extra 3rd Round picks for him.
  5. but it does get you a job...
  6. I think it was Bill Polian and TE Vince Marrow. Good interviewees and experienced.
  7. and the Carolina Buffalo connection continues....
  8. Just like he ended up in Denver last year?
  9. I'm all for adding a slot WR and even advocating for us to sign Greg Dortch if he's an UFA. I'm not done with Gabe but we do need to add some more weapons as to me our own viable ones for next year are Diggs, Davis (as a 2/3) and Shakir.
  10. Renfrow under contract until 2026 with two voidable years. He's a good player but with a $13 million cap hit the next two seasons he might be a tad too expensive.
  11. I meant Poyer.
  12. Jimmy G with the Jets could be a possibility with the 49ers ties yet with a new OC it could be someone else entirely. I wonder if they'd pursue Tannehill who is obviously not going to be a Titan that much longer IMHO.
  13. Siran is a horrible DB, personally if he wasn't a gunner on ST I doubt he'd be in the league.
  14. If ARod didn't have the steroid stink he'd definitely be worthy.
  15. I think Benford is going to get a shot at FS if Poyer leaves and we might also draft a kid in the top 4 Rounds to compete.
  16. because with a lack of quality slot WR we might look to move the chains other ways.
  17. Cameron Brate might be a cap casualty, he could also be a good 2nd TE here as I can't see him costing a lot of cap money toss in wouldn't count against the UFA loss/gain formula. Also he'd be cheaper than a WR. Thoughts?
  18. Tua's not shown in 3 seasons he can last a full 17 games. Toss in he struggles in cold weather. I don't think they'd wise to go after Brady or keep Tua.
  19. Ryan Bates can slide into the C when Mitch finally leaves. I can't see us bringing Singletary back with way Cook took over the starting spot in 2022 and with Hines coming in as a #2 more. We should draft someone that can compete for touches/be a hammer when needed but drafted later than sooner.
  20. The biggest issues is the detractors rarely come up with a viable replacement. I'm all ears who people think be a better coaching staff for this team and why? I have doubts as look at KC's playoff game last year, trying to outscore teams in a shootout not the best way to win. The reason we've been so good in the regular season is our D and O both played better in the redzone than they did against Cincy.
  21. Meyers is an UFA this season, I wouldn't mind adding him tbh.
  22. A'Shawn Robinson from the Rams would be nice.
  23. Shockingly he returns to New England, https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/35516310/sources-bill-obrien-returns-new-england-patriots-oc Man Belichick seems to stick to "his" guys.
  24. Knox isn't a great blocking TE which hurts, toss in outside of Morse and Dawkins the rest of our offensive line are average guys. I'm not sure if someone can teach it but Cook seeming always trips himself not sure why. if Singletary walks we just need a plugger. To me Chris Rodriguez Jr. would fit the roll and not cost high draft capital.
