Indy with Jonathan Taylor could be a good landing spot but not sure Baltimore would trade in conference. You're right Lamar skill sets limits where he can excel and to be honest think he reached his ceiling, the only way Baltimore gets better is if they improve their RBs and defense. Yet until Lamar can continually beat teams from the pocket as a passer he and they aren't going anywhere past the first or second rounds of the NFL playoffs.

Singletary is set to be an UFA after this season, I can see us letting him walk and making Cook the starter and drafting someone to compliment him. I just mentioned in another thread that Chris Rodriguez Jr. could fill that role but he'd be a later no sooner pick. To me our 1st Round need likely LB or S if Edmunds/Poyer leave or maybe even DT.

Cook likely replaces Singletary next year so yes, someone that would compliment would be good. Just doing a quick run down on prospects a guy like Chris Rodriguez Jr. might fit that role.

I feel Beane might trade down to acquire more picks if feels he needs to fill in more depth spots on the roster. Specifically at RB and TE.

Him not working out is definitely a concern to me. I'm all for adding talent but he as the saying goes you're only valuable if you're available.

But signing Brewer to the active roster opened up a PS spot if want Stevenson back.

Problem is the Rams WR are pretty bad without Kupp granted Baker never was great with WRs in Cleveland.

McDuffie has as many starts as Elam and less INTs and tackles. I'd even venture to say we have a better ranked pass defense. McDuffie grades a 76.0 and Elam rates 58.3 per PFF. So I'll give you that one but McDuffie benefitted from sitting most of the early season to learn more before being thrust in to start. Pacheco has out rushed Cook but also had 51 more carries and Cook has a better YPC average. Benford grades out at 55.6 and Watson a 52.4. so I think it's a wash. A rookie drafted 30th overall in 2022 DE with 2.5 sacks and 11 solo tackles in 12 games might compare or be worse than a DE that was taken 30th overall the year before who had 4 sacks and 42 solo tackles in 17 games. Again you're over staying KC's drafting. I could go on and on if you'd like? Beasley isn't coming back bro.

Anyone who watched the Levy lead Bills or beforehand has to appreciate all that McDermott's done because he's turned this franchise around. I'll admit when he first came in with his Playoff Caliber t-shirts I thought oh boy this should be fun. Then when we passed on DeShaun Watson and moved on from Dareus, Watkins and Ronald Darby I still had questions. Yet as we've seen he clearly knows what he's doing as to go from QB purgatory to franchise QB and top 5 NFL team over 3 or more seasons is a wonderful thing.
