I remember when they had four firsts and got Shaun Ellis (12th overall), linebacker John Abraham (13th overall), quarterback Chad Pennington (18th overall), and tight end Anthony Becht (27th overall) and they were marginally good. Josh from a physical standpoint the best ever but until he learns to take what defense gives him he won't ever be in the Montana, Brady, Elway class.

But teams like KC and Baltimore have multiple year MVP winner QBs and team we just defeated has the best defense in the league and 3-0 with their backup QB. Yeah our coaching/GM staff sucks.

He's not a minority so we wouldn't get compensation if hired by another NFL team as HC. No TD drives after the first drive of the game, unacceptable.
