Ironically the great pass rush supplied by former Panther Brian Burns not top 3 pick Abdul Carter. -

Joe Ferguson of course, 2nd best QB this team ever developed behind Josh Allen. Gotta love LSU WRs er except Josh Reed. -

Mahomes benefitted being drafted by a 12-4 team, sit behind Alex Smith as he lead them to another AFC West title at 9-6 under Smith and 1-O under Patrick. He likely doesn't get those chances here. Mahomes a great player no doubt but also ended up in a great situation in KC. I doubt he does the same in Chicago (see they don't draft Mitch) or here. Gailey had a pretty good offense lead by a 7th Round QB, 7th WR and undrafted RB. Gotta wonder what if had he kept Lynch and we draft Dez Bryant instead of Spiller how good we'd be. -

Eh he was a horrible HC with the Rams and not much better as an interim HC with the Giants. -

In terms of coaching I'm not looking to replace McDermott but guys on my long term radar that could be inline do could be the next crop are Klint Kubiak, Shane Day Marcus Brady and/or Cam Turner when looking for offensive minded. I can't suggest defensive minded as haven't done any diving on that side of the ball yet. -
Game week thread - Buccaneers at Bills

Aside from his connections to the world of spring football, Monos had a relationship prior with UFL CEO, Russ Brandon. Jim was the DPP for the Buffalo Bills from 2013-2017, which overlapped with Russ’ time with the Bills as well. https://pfnewsroom.com/news/memphis-showboats-add-jim-monos-as-general-manager/ -
The Bills were high bidders for Waddle, tried acquiring Williams

and yet Adams and Pickens are playing #2 on their respective teams. Maybe they're producing so well cuz they aren't drawing team's number 1 CB. Egubka's numbers look great but remember Mike Evans and Chris Godwin have been hurt most of this season. Also what picks/players you giving up to get in position to get Egbuka? We rolled the dice on Palmer and just when it looked like we were going to use him he goes down with an injury. -

The offense better not turn the ball over 3 times either but I know we should only focus on a "bad defense". -

I guess we could have moved up and drafted a WR like Matthew Golden in the first round? or stayed put with our top pick and took Luther Burden? -

and what WR1 was moved this past offseason do you suggest we should have acquired? Cuz last I checked the only one you could say was acquired was Diggs that many felt New England over paid based on his injury status and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't be signing here. -

Cap rooms great unless leave unfilled like Pats did this past off-season. But I know I know they saving it for this off-season. -

Cuz our offense has been our weak point against the Chiefs in the playoffs? But I know Beane drafted Hairston, TJ Sanders, Landon Jackson and Strong cuz he knew they all going to get hurt. -

I'm not grasping man you just want to hate in Beane because we haven't been to a Super Bowl in his era. Guess what I'd venture could say same thing of 13 other AFC GMs if not mistaken, KC had Travis Kelce and Chris Jones before Beane was in Buffalo but I know let's blame Beane for that. -

I'm comparing to GMs holding their ground and not acquiring a player for pick other team demanding but yeah guess no comparison at all to those two situations. -
Knox likely extended for less money as can't see letting him go as he a serviceable #2 TE as long he not getting paid to start. Everyone else you mentioned could go for sure.
