Beane always said when he was going to draft a QB that wasn't system dependent yet Roman seems to thrive with QBs that are less arm talented. If we do lose Dorsey I'd think that next man up be either Joe Brady, Chad Hall or Mike Shula for our OC. I'd imagine the Ravens will franchise tag Lamar and keep him for 1 season with a new OC, if he excels with the new OC then he gets a long term deal otherwise he's gone and they find a new QB that meets the new OC style of offense better.

Why not the Jets? As there's a 49er connection in place there but that could change pending their new OC.

and the Saints want at least two 1st Round picks to secure him. I'm not sure any GM in his right mind would even pursue that.

I think the best solution would have been to have KC's last game against the Raiders just not count to the formula, that way the 3 teams in question all have played 16 games and have equal amount of games played and can follow normal tie breaking procedures.

Toss in Bedford just came of the injury list he could be available against the Bengals depending how many CBs we want to dress. Things are getting better on the back end again.

Boogie impressed me yesterday, I haven't seen him rush that well in awhile. That said Lawson might be a more complete player especially against the run. I saw start Shaq and have Boogie spell him on 1st or 2nd downs to keep him fresh and throw in Espensa on 3rd downs.

It is good enough but the Cincy passing offense can be just as good if not better than ours. It's why playing for a shoot out against them foolish, small ball control passing coupled with an efficient running offense with TDs that keeps Cincy's offense the field is smart play.
