If you can put as much into your 401k as possible, I put in 15% with my company matching 6%. I also started investing a separate account with a mutual funds broker when I was younger and just letting it build and build and add to it if/when see my savings is more than 4 months worth of mortgage payment. I then try to pay credit cards off before the interest starts toss in it's 2-3% cash back, also I use store credit cards on large purchases as often they'll let you go so many months without interest. I suppose I could put the savings into a CD to get more interest on my savings but meh ultimately that's too much work and want to ensure I have some cash on hand incase an emergency.

Or maybe Sean/Beane is changing there way of thinking that putting so much investment in the ST is not as smart as they thought it was.

It's the housing market, I live in Tonawanda and I bought my house back in 2017 and it's now estimated to be worth 55% more than I paid for it. I did some small improvements like cleared out some bushes, replaced a concrete porch and side door which a very small amount vs what it's worth now.

Yet as a collective I prefer Diggs, Davis, Knox, Kincaid, Shakir, Harty and Sherfield over Kelce, MSV, Toney, James, Moore, Gray. Watson and Rice.

They didn't cave am sure they cut him in part to let the young man deal full time with the issue at hand which was to clear his name etc. Yet with us getting Martin under a 3 year deal it be tough for Araiza to make the roster. Yet I have no issues if he was brought back in at same contract he initially had with Bills and have him compete for a job. Yet ultimately I expect a team to try and stash them on PS and if he shows the same leg we saw he likely be called up to replace an aging veteran or beat out an lesser experienced guy.

I love the show, as I own all seasons on DVD, play the game Scene It! that exclusively on the show, own Funko Pops of Jerry and George and have a Jerry t-shirt and saw him perform standup live. Yet the show is dated as mentioned no cell phones which would make scenarios like The Chinese Restaurant never happen since George wouldn't have to wait for someone to finish a call to use a pay phone etc. Movie Phone isn't a thing now since you can just google movie showtimes on cell phone or even prebuy tickets etc so don't have to wait in lines etc. Also there are a few cultural stereotypes in a few episodes. That said I still watch it and enjoy it.

Mahomes is great no doubt but he is beatable but it takes a great offense to do it and also a defense that can take advantage of his mistakes which for some odd reason rarely occurs.

Von Miller was supposed to be the difference maker. He wasn't around for the playoffs. While many think we took a step back we might benefit with his addition as well as Micah back. If Kincaid can man the slot it definitely brings a new dynamic presence to the offense.

The NFL is emerging to short passing games to TE and RBs are replacing running the ball. As a result LBs have to be quicker and able to cover. I don't mind the Williams pick yet if we keep running a 4-2-5 base defense we need to find a bigger nickel as Taron Johnson while good in coverage weakens our run stopping.
