Allen is definitely more talented than McKenzie or the present version of Shakir IMHO and be worth an add as long as at a budget price. I've also mentioned looking at FA options like Greg Dortch or Richie James to possibly man the slot at a lower cost but better than McKenzie or an aging Beasley.
