    I was all banging the drum for us to take Wendell Bryant. D'Wayne Bates was also I guy was high on predraft.

    Musgrave and Benton both tempting but based on roster and contract I went with Benton.

    What about Marcus Allen? Joe Cribbs? And sadder is Ferguson and Allen the only two developed here.

    and if Kelly worked the clock better he could have put Norwood in a better position to kick the winner. McCoy is right Kelly was horrible in the 4 Super Bowl losses and played a part in all of them. I admit I don't like Kelly as most here do but hate to tell you all but the truth hurts.

    You've gotta think Beane will wheel and deal to get a few more picks it's just in his DNA to make draft day trades.

    sorry but players have intel to things the public doesn't (see knowing other players and reaching out to check injury status or share things that helped them against an opponent etc) so they shouldn't be allowed to bet on NFL games.

    I sure hope not because as an A's fan this angers me, I mean I understand but still sickening with the tradition built in Oakland shouldn't just go with them to Vegas. I mean the field in Oakland is called Rickey Henderson field (my favorite player BTW), I don't see that happening in Vegas.

    Admitting it is a problem is one of the first steps you need to make an improvement (see Alcohol Anonymous) It's why Josh is a good player as he admits his wrongs unlike Zac Wilson who was asked in a game he threw for 77 yards if he thinks he let his defense down and responds with "No".

    Kudos to Elam for recognizing he was too much in his own head last season and knows he can improve on that.

    Who would you propose we sign that's available?

    Yet he's a physical freak which Beane seemingly loves in the 1st pick not to mention he in a position of need as doubt we bring Oliver back. If he falls to us I wouldn't be shocked if we grab him, yet I'd rather trade into the 2nd and get an extra pick this year and next year. As the DT I like most in this draft is Keeanu Benton.

    I give you credit in seeing things others aren't but tell us how'd you develop these thoughts?

    1. Taylor Rapp is better than any other safety we had last year not named Hyde or Poyer, hence the original thought we are better and I agree. Yes, Hyde and Poyer are older and might diminish yet until I see it on the field I can't say it's happened yet. Poyer played through injuries all season, all the more power to him but at times it hurt the D but he was still our best option.

    Unless Brit demanded a ring and Josh said he wasn't ready. Yet until we hear something official I think it just reading tea leaves and conjecture.

    No but it will likely land us a 2nd this year who might be just as good as someone we could get at #27.

    And eventually Josh will get sick of her and dump her. Which will then lead Taylor to colab with Cole Beasley on a song on how Josh did them wrong.

    I decided to finally watch Addison's highlights. His size and speed reminded me of Marvin Harrison. I wouldn't mind adding him but only if we stand pat. Yet honestly a proponent we trade down.
