Being able to read the defense and find the open guy more times than not and not turning the ball over. Josh is a good to great QB. He can also be very streaky and when he's on he is as good as anyone but if he's off he's ugh.

They have to commit to a running game but sadly they don't. It's not like they can't run but it's not a big part of the offense. Yet Josh electing not to take check downs to his RBs also hurts.

Yup, it's why Collingsworth mentioned that they likely won't have Higgins after this season.

Just remember folks it could be worse, Frank Reich could be our HC.

Josh just has to play smarter, his interceptions are mostly on him and I think he's trying too hard looking for big gains. I want him back to 5-7 yard passes and moving the chains taking 6-8 minutes off the clock we saw years ago.
