We know Chan's a goner. Here's Ralph's list.
buffalover4life replied to Dr. Trooth's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Like many fans I have been thinking of who i want to coach this team since the Tennessee game, where coaching truly was the reason for the team losing the game. This year Chan Gailey has been in over his head I hope that Buddy can see that. Vic Fangio is the defensive coordinator for the 49ers. I love the tenacity of their defense, it is coming from a defensive coach with a ton of experience and a proven track record. Jim harbaugh is a good coach but the defense is what has made the 49ers as good as they are. Fangios specialty is line backers. resume he was linebackers coach for the saints from 86 to 94 where he coached one of the best line backing corps of all time. I was not around for this but i have heard great things about this group jim mora gets credited for. from 95-98 he was D coordinator for the panthers where he had a team that finished in the top 10 for pts and yards for two of the three years from 02-05 he was with the Texans as D coordinator. The texans were just a bad team, i will give him a pass. he coached with the ravens and Stanford between the Texans and niners. he is now with the 49ers where he looks to have another one of the best LB corps in the games history with patrick willis Navorro bowman, Aldon smith and ahmad brooks. Jim harbaugh is a offensive coach he is not the reason this teams defense is going crazy. top 3 in pts and yards the past 2 years. we bring in manti te'o for him to start it all off with. Throw the money at this guy. GET IT DONE BUDDY! -
Name the moment Chan lost the team
buffalover4life replied to jumbalaya's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The consistent mismanagement of this teams offense this year. Passing to much, not running enough. when stevie talked about fitz calling the plays is when this team was lost. We would have won at least 9 games this year with 45 runs a game and the whole team knows it. gailey should have realized the strength of our team and used it to hide our weaknesses fitz our defense. keep the D off the field and the ball out of fitzs hands instead gailey thinks he has to run a "balanced" and win the "match up battles." gaileys personnel decisions have been so frustrating. -he lost the team when he lost most of the fan base. -
Better team now than three years ago?
buffalover4life replied to gjv001's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
i think out talent level is better. I also think every team in the league has continued to get better. NFL players are playing at a higher level now than they were 3 years ago. -
They will focus on andy levitre contract, his franchise number is $9.3 million. Byrd should be franchised. The franchise number for safeties is about $6.5 million. Buddy will get a deal done with both of them. He knows his future depends on it. franchise numbers.

Fitz / Gailey and some facts
buffalover4life replied to rpcolosi's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
in 2009 we averaged 16.1 points a game. we are now averaging 23.1 points a game. in 2009 we averaged 273.9 ypg total offense ranked 30th now we average 346 ypg. yes more exciting. -
Fitz / Gailey and some facts
buffalover4life replied to rpcolosi's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
gailey has made our team exciting to watch many people did forget the days of Jauron. Gailey made a system that made our players as good as they can be and get our receivers open, I remember it seemed that our QBs on Jauron's teams could never find the open receiver.( was there open receivers?) gailey and if the D keeps playing and growing the way that they are wanny can stick around. with fitz you cant just say he throws touchdowns and forget about the touchdowns/firstdowns that he misses. wide open guys running down the field that he misses if he hit all of those this year our offense would be on another level and teams could not stack the box. That is what our fan base sees. -
would you rather win out or loss out.
buffalover4life replied to buffalover4life's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I want to win out personally. I just wanted to see what others thought -

How do you make it public? -
I hear a lot of people on this board who want to lose out to get a top draft pick again. I was just wondering if the two options were winning out or losing out which would you prefer.

This was painful to read. He continues to expose our teams offensive weakness and fails to use our strength. I have now lost faith in chan if he can't see fitz is failing the team then what else is he missing? does gaily not see the plays that Fitz has missed out on. I want to see easliy on the field i don't trust gaileys idea of talent. CJ Spiller was just called the starter when he was so dominant early on. Kyle moore finally got out there did good. Aaron william had to get hurt in order for him to lose his corner position. Good coaches go with the hot hand and bench players who do not preform. Every one should plays at a high level in the NFL we should be able to plug in players.

Andy Reid as Bills next head coach?
buffalover4life replied to superbills315's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think he would be the guy to help us get the franchise QB. he passes to much for buffalo though. I want a coach set on running the ball feed C.J. Spiller and fred in the final year of his deal. -
Donald Jones Cannot Catch
buffalover4life replied to Storm Front's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The middle screen near the end zone that was thrown high was a nice grab. If the ball was not so high might had been a TD. In Fitz defense he had to loft it over some d linemen. -
QB- Andy dalton HB1- CJ spiller HB2-Fred Jackson Wr1- A.J. green Wr2- Stevie Johnson Slot- David nelson Offensive line that we now have. our defense minus Marcell and and Aaron. Right now not to big of a hit. I still think Marcell will be a great player but Aaron is a bust. We most likely would have stayed a 3-4 defense becasue we would not have had those 4 dominant D-linemen we still would have signed Mario Williams. The D-line would still have been good. and the whole defense would have had a year experience in the 3-4 and all of these mental errors might not have been happening. The LBs would have stayed where they were and not have to learn new technique, lets remember this is the pros you don't just change position and expect that you will be just as good in the other position. -Barnett would not have had to make the move to the outside we were counting on him being the same player we got in 2011. -Bryan Scott would have been more suited to play LB in the 3-4 as well. -the scheme has killed our defense this year.. We now know andy dalton was a good pick now. He was not a sure thing coming out but he was a winner and had a good head on his shoulders. I think chan could have made him better than he is in cincy. he would also have a more complete offense around him. AJ green was a sure thing I don't want to here hind sight is 2020 AJ green was a beast you can go back and watch his College tape and see he was going to be a star he was making those catches only special players make and is a great athlete. he has been doing it his whole life, even in highschool This Our offense would be top in the league. knowing the bills we would not have resigned stevie though. I can't see a way that chan messes that up.

Colin Kaepernick [get 'er dun!]

Your so right. I was pissed when the bills didn't draft him. he has a cannon. -
How the F did Reggie Wayne get so open
buffalover4life replied to jonramz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
this is a scheme issue if Barnett was supposed to cover Reggie. LBs do not cover wide receivers especially not the other teams best one. He would be responsible for the flat though. -

Was Gilmore the corner that stopped the slant on the one before the half? That was great play -
stevie johnson presser says it all
buffalover4life replied to HumbleAndHungry's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think he means he wants fitz to run the hurry up offense. All of the teams that run it put up big numbers because it does not give the defense time to regroup.
