The key IMO is having the right coach and system in place for a QB. For example IMO Allen is succeeding because of McD, I also believe Jones will succeed because of BB, While I am expecting Wilson to implode because the Jets are run so damn poorly.

The long ball is easy to stop because it has a much lower percentage for completion. So if you build your team be just a home run threat you will suck. (No the Bills are not built for just a homer in threat Most of your WR are possession WR like Sanders.

How much strain is a QB who is Mobile if his accuracy is below 60%? I think QB mobility is being overly expressed because any true winner QB is a passer first and Mobile second like say Mahomes and unlike Jackson (so far) if I had choose between mobility and accuracy I’ll take accuracy. FYI Brady at 44 still seems out a lot of pressure on D’s and he can’t run a lick. He executed the game plan. In season one MOST QBs I would think are just following the game plan. Mac did a lot more than I was expecting, because I expected a lot more running than what we got. This was a lot more the old Patriot offense than what we saw last year. Hell Jones 1st start was better than ALL of Cams starts minus the game against the Seahawks.

The Patriots don’t really have a deep ball threat. He followed the game plan today very well, the game was loss by fumbles. If this was week 9 I’d be worried but week 1 I’m happy see Jones looked good and we had a good running game… a vast improvement over last year.

Question… are you concerned by running Allen it will lead to injuries?

Jones looked good and he passed for 285 yards against a very good Miami D (101 passer rating) and Harris, who lost the game with 2 fumbles, ran for over 100 yards. I agree it’s the Bills division, but both these teams D can get after the Bills and beat them. They also ran for over a 100 yards with Harris.. so IMO the Bills can’t be one demential next week otherwise could be a real dangerous game for you all.

That’s the problem! He didn’t believe Jones bet him, he did! Every sports writer in town said Jones bet him for the job. So of course they can’t keep him as a backup because he would have whined the entire time.

Otto Graham made the championship game all 10 years of his career and won 7 of them. Man was a champion as well.. again totally different sport when he played IMO, but wow also impressive no matter how big the league was.

Which is why I hate comparing eras. Otto Graham football was different than Terry Bradshaw who was different than Montana which was vastly different than Brady! Mahomes has only lost 2 times in the playoffs. Both times by Tom Brady. Basically he been to 2SB and 1 AFCCG in 3 years as a starter. Claiming they will go back isn’t hard to predict especially after they improved their O line.

Unlike JA17, he knows his complaining will get some sort of response from most refs. Like you said he is the GOAT and the refs know that too. Just like Allen complaining will hold a lot more wait than Fields or Mac Jones complaining to the ref.

Your right! Offense is more exciting to the casual fan thus all the handcuffing of the defense. Hell people were debating if the KC-NO game a few years back was the greatest of all time and the final score was like 51-45. Sigh..

My point is simple, in today’s NFL that hit will get a fine as well as the personal foul penalty MINIMUM. You do it against Bray,Mahomes, Insert Face of NFL here and you will probably get suspended. Lol the hit will get a fine or suspension 10/10 times. If he did that hit to Mahomes, Brady (elite) he is suspended anyone else a fine.

Fields NEVER saw him coming. If he did he takes off running and Smith never touches him. He didn’t lower his helmet but it was helmet to helmet contact which is illegal in the NFL. what he should have done is went lower, he was way way to high to not expect the little yellow flag to come out.

Why compare someone been a HC 22 years record and a man been a HC 4 years? Why not someone with the same amount of time or at least closer?
