  1. The fact that Hogan is the 6th highest paid player tells you they don't over pay on O either. Gronk is on what most consider a "steal" of a contract and Brady makes a lot less than most other Franchise QBs.
  2. It was a sprain, the few guys inlisted played with torn muscles and broken bones. Cutler's biggest issue is he is no leader, and to be a good QB younhave to be a leader. And well leaders play hurt. I followed a Flutie carrier since he played for BC, so those years he was with you guys inpaid closer attention. (I looked up Smith YPC as inthought it was like 3 and I was wrong was closer to 4. Damn memory! Lol) also as a wise strategist once said , it is always best to know your enemy.
  3. With the Pats o it is def pick your poison. But they at least could have covered him. Lol
  4. Hebleague in 1999 was not the pass happy league it is now and Flutie still passed for more yards! Also Flutie was on the down side of his career, he was old while Taylor is in his prime. Also Flutie didn't have a RB like McCoy, no he had an aging Thurman Thomas (who only played 5 games) and Antowain Smith who averaged 3.7 yards a carry. I dare say you give him a McCoybtype RB and they blow people out. He had a young Moulds and Price along with an old Andre Reed at WR
  5. Did you see how open he was ALL game? I mean I think Hogan is an above average WR but my God ANY competent WR would have had the same success since the Steelers didn't cover him the entire first half.
  6. He actually did that in 2001. It was run, rin, pass punt and let the D stop the other teams O. Brady wasn't Brady till 2003 or 2004 season.
  7. He does know if Hogan wasn't in NE then Amandola or (insert other FA sighing here) is in the same spot to make the catches right?
  8. But the move if done earlier may have gotten the bills back into the playoffs as you missed by 2 game if I remember.
  9. As someone earlier said, when you have not only a Franchise QB but a HOF lock QB it makes it a lot easier to do. In the Patriots O I bet Shady would get almost 2k total yards between carries and receptions And stillnwouldnt be the focal point of the O.
  10. I don't think I ever mocked the bills.. some fans yes, but not the team. Also he was working get Bon Jovi the team Yes.. but a move then be up to the new Owner(s). I know what the speculation was the move. Also is the bail out everyone is talking about that Ralph gave the 4 million the Sullivan's got from the league to make payroll? Because if so it didn't save the Patriots as he sold it within 4 years to Victor Kiam who then sold it to Orthwein who wanted to move the Pats to St Louis. If it wasn't for Kraft buying the stadium in bankruptcy court years earlier the Pats be the St Louis Pats. Kraft refused to let him buy out the lease thus making him put the team up for sale when Kraft bought the team. So what I am sayingKraft, rightfully so, doesn't feel like Ralph kept the Patriots in NE but rather HE DID. (I bet those 2'd egos more than once locked horns over it. So makes sense why BOTH had an axe to grind with the other.) All that said I PERSONALLY love the fact the Bills stayed in Buffalo! You guys are pretty rabid fans, which I love even when you annoy the crap out of me. If Toronto wants a team they can get the Jags as 3 teams in FL is to many!
  11. Meanwhile Jordy Nelson played with 2 Broken ribs, Rivers some year back played against the Pats (and played well) with a torn up knee as well. Hell Mankind played a year and all playoffs on a torn MCL. My point is when playoffs come around and your the team leader you NEED suck it up and play
  12. Wouldn't that depend on wether or not they draft a QB in say the 1st or 2nd round to learn behind Taylor? If they donyour designing the offense that will best suit THAT player and not Taylor.
  13. I agree with everything you said there. (If there was a like. Turin I would have clicked it)
  14. Lol your HATE has ruined your reading skills. The all fit into their seats together. So it sounds like they took up. no extra seating. Also get off of "waa Ralph was gave the old owners money so waa its that reason that they are still in NE." Crap, I am pretty sure it was a lone paid back with interest. As for calling the man a drunk, your proof is anecdotal at best and more likely petty. Everyone here acts like they don't get drunk when the watch football, and before you say "well he owned the team he has an image" line save it. The man has given MORE to the MA and NE states in his 20+ years than the old Sullivan family gave in a life time. (And I am not talking football.) do his image to the people that MATTER to him is completely fine and solid. To everyone bashing the shirt, first I am sure he has dozens of the same shirt as it is literally his trademark look. If he is a drunk he is the best functioning drunk I have ever seen as he continues to expand his multi billion dollar empire. Hate the team fine, hate the emperor BB but get off your BS son Kraft. That just makes you look petty.
  15. Hmm I am shocked hear so many people think this. I thought for sure he be like a God since he was the last QB good enough and CLUTCH enough to get the Bills into the playoffs. This is very interesting indeed!
  16. lol basketball now there is a sport I am GAWD AWFUL at. I played in 8th grade upmhere and the coach told me to stop the kid a clean path to the net... so inhip checked him.. immediately got kicked out of the game lol.
  17. He is not a great evaluator of WR I agree, but he has made a few hits in the draft. (Seeing the potential in Edelman to be a good WR in the 6th, Gibbons in the 7th, and SB MVP Branch I want say in the 2nd.) I don't think he has ever drafted a WR in the 1st though. At least I don't recall it.
  18. I knew unneeded put an emoji in.. I was being tongue and cheek.. trying show how they don't get every little ticky tack call. (And there is holding on every play pretty much in the NFL) And you never seen a team so upset by a flag not being thrown? Really?i have usually by Manning and other great QBs because they are use to getting them. Saints comparison IMO better as their D is NOT GOOD. Where the Giants D was scary good and very good depending on the year. The game could literally come down to who has the ball last wins.
  19. You do know there is a difference between be drunk and being as you were implying an alcoholic. There is nothing wrong getting hammered enjoying the game esp since you don't drive home.
  20. Lol he made billions from millions. He literally bought the company his father in law use to be the CEO of. (He bought it in the 70's) and the man is still making a crap load of money today. I wish I sounded that good when drunk. Hell that was very coherent for drunk in your 70s!
  21. I will say if Manning had not hurt his neck all those years ago. He is still playing at a high level and leading the Colts into the playoffs. That neck injury truly shortened a great career.
  22. There is always room for one more in the empire.. come join the dark side.. we got double chocolate chip cookies! Lol
  23. I am a Pats fan but are you trying to say TT is better than Kelly? If so you are very very high.
