Guiton, baby!! Superb athlete from The Ohio State University coming to Buffalo. He's been a backup most of his career, but he got in a few games. He'd finish last year completing 75 of 109 passes (69% completion) for 749 yards, 14 TDs to just 2 INTs. Perhaps as impressively, he was only sacked once in the nine games he appeared in. Athletic, 6'3" or thereabouts.

Guiton, baby!! If true, he will bring some excitement to camp. His stats at Ohio State were awesome......He'd finish the year completing 75 of 109 passes (69% completion) for 749 yards, 14 TDs to just 2 INTs. Perhaps as impressively, he was only sacked once in the nine games he appeared in. Yeah, baby!! -
What did you guys think of your draft
TC in St. Louis replied to Ice bowl 67's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I thought our team had a phenomenal weekend. Well, it actually started with the trade for Mike Williams. Potential big time player. Then the draft itself.....loved all the wheeling and dealing. Love the OL picks. Cyrus is a monster. His knee injury was years ago, and he hasn't missed a game since he came back. Cyril was a unanimous first team All-American guard for the highest scoring team in the land. Santrell, though being a spleefhead, has first round talent. He knows this is his last chance, so hopefully he'll dial it down sufficiently to play professional football. Millions of dollars are at stake for him (should he dominate, his second contract will be huge). Watkins. Bryce, a 220 pounder who has 4.38 speed, and is only 23. The LB from Louisville may be a stud. The Duke guy has to be the smartest DB in the land, and was great for them. The other guy from Florida Atlantic? Who knows? There had to be a reason they drafted him. Great weekend. -
The St. Louis Blues do the same thing. Here's what Ken Hitchcock said about them: "You've got to have time when it's the killer instinct and you've got to put the foot right on the throat — I keep saying that — but when it's time to put it on, you've got to put it on and we didn't. We let two teams, two really good teams ... we let em off the hook." He also said something about putting the knife in the throat and twisting it around till the head falls off and blood gushes all over the ice, but that was a little too close to Clint Malarchuk. However, the Bills need to get that killer mode, where they are relentless to the very end. And they will win more games. People will fear them.

NFL networks coverage of Michael Sam
TC in St. Louis replied to Gisele's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The reason he lasted this long is his being gay. That is all. Anybody saying otherwise is either lying or fooling himself. They picked a kid from Marist before this guy. He will help the Rams. -
Prediction: Michael Sam to the Bills in round 7
TC in St. Louis replied to ThurmasThoman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He had a bad combine. I grew up in Sanborn. The farmer across the road had a bad combine too, but was a helluva farmer. Sam was a great football player at Mizzou. He was first team All American, and the Defensive Player of the Year. How could he not be worth a 7th round pick, unless there is some fear going on in the war rooms of the NFL. We just took a linebacker from Florida Atlantic. Does anybody think that guy could have won Defensive Player of the Year in the SEC? It's insane. Hope they draft him. On the field he is possessed. -
Bills Trade 5th Round Pick (#149) to Tampa Bay
TC in St. Louis replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The guy was lineman of the year twice in the Big 12. He's a monster. He will lose some weight, get stronger, and pancake people all over the place. Solid. Solid. -
Schefter: Eagles trade Bryce Brown to Bills
TC in St. Louis replied to Punch's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Most of the quality running backs are gone anyway. So we get a guy who has played in the league, is fast as hell, and is only 22. for a 4th round pick next year, or the year after. Solid solid. -

Come on!! That cannot be true. -

I wonder who's gonna get Pierre Desir. He was rated 2nd rounder. -

I predicted in an earlier thread that the 4th round pick would be a surprise that none of us has predicted. They do it every year. I like it. I like the pick. -
List Of Players Still Available
TC in St. Louis replied to DefenseWinzChampionshipz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If you can get one of the best guards, do it. Pierre Desir is going to be a great NFL player. Abbrederis might scare us, but he is sort of like Welker. Was a major force in the Big 12. Prediction: They'll pick somebody that has us looking on line to find out wtf he is. or she. -
Great Draft so far by Whaley
TC in St. Louis replied to Kellyto83TD's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I have mixed feelings about this. On the one hand I trust the guys who drafted Kiko, but on the other hand, they drafted the two safeties last year who didn't amount to much. And they kept the special teams coach who sucked. -
Thank Stevie for Dareus.
TC in St. Louis replied to TC in St. Louis's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I know. Every other pick in the top 8 or so has become an All Pro. Unbelievable. I don't know that winning that game would have put us at the 4th pick. But Damn. You guys is right. Shame on me and Stevie. -
I'll miss Stevie, but the play he had that had the biggest impact was the drop against Pittsburgh. His drop put them in the playoffs, and got us the 3rd pick in the draft. If we drafted 4th, we may not have gotten Marcel Dareus. OK today that might not sound so awesome, but if we can get the big man to put down the spleef, he might shed a couple pounds and remember the play calls.

Connor Shaw. South Carolina. He might go undrafted. The kid is a winner.

I am glad to have him on the team. We've had bad luck with first round picks in the past. Who needs 'em? What happened with Walt Patulski? Tom Cousineau? Friggin' Booker Moore got Guillen Barre Syndrome and couldn't move for a year. Erik Flowers. And on and on. We got Sammy. Throw him the damn ball. I would like to see some run stuffers on the other side of the ball, or we'll have to outscore everybody. How bout the kid from Wisconsin? Borland. He's like Spielman and Zach Thomas. Tackling machine. Book that guy. Come on boys.

Pick #2 for the Buffalo Bills
TC in St. Louis replied to CSBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sometimes they'll grab somebody I've never heard of, and I get a little nutty. Like Kiko Alonso in the 2nd. I was ranting about that, and a guy in my office said, "I've seen that dude. He's a monster." I like that kind of surprise. Then they'll grab somebody like Torrell Troupe right ahead of Gronkowski and I get drunk thinkin' bout that. -
Pick #2 for the Buffalo Bills

Surprise me. I don't think Cyrus will be there. Run stopper would be prudent. -
