  1. I believe Carucci. It seems to me that if the Bills want somebody they get him. Maybe they are of the mindset that Incognito is set at one guard, and they can get somebody to man up and take slot number two. Road grader Cyril Richardson was a first team unanimous All American human plow at Baylor. Suddenly lost his way.....Cyrus was pegged as high as 10th in the draft, was an All American at Alabammy, and lost his way with the coaching of Doug Marrone. Cyrus has been busting his hump all offseason to get back on the path. Maybe they feel okay at the second guard, and are going after Bulaga. He's a solid right tackle. That would give us a really solid OL. Focus on tight end, have a good draft, and call it a day. Oh yeah, bring back Stevie.
  2. Schefter said Iupati told friends he plans to sign with Arizona. And the internet goes nuts.
  3. Anybody remember a few years ago when Marv signed those two guards, one was from Washington and he gave the guy 49 million for 7 years. What a mistake. If Iupati is cheaper than that, we need to bring him in. Although I believe that with proper coaching we do have some good athletes on our team. We're talking about Cyrus and Cyril
  4. Anybody remember the 72 Fins? Three running backs. Csonka Kiick and Morris. They powered their way to an undefeated season. Griese threw, what, 8 passes in the Super Bowl? Might be a place for all these guys. I'm just saying. We don't know what's happening in there. I feel that Doug loves Freddie, and he'll find a way to keep him in there somehow.
  5. Bryce has great skills. I would not get rid of him. He was the number one football player in America in high school. His college experience was a misguided disaster, but he still has sick skills. He's an asset. I think he's probably a bit sideways now that he's backing up the same dude again. But unless they can get some trade value for Bryce Brown, I think he's here to stay. And win. Freddie? I don't know. It's a cold world, the NFL. I love him at about a million a year.
  6. He's great, but Suh is in his own universe. Aaron Donald, rookie from St. Louis, was named All-Pro over both of them.
  7. This shows that the Pegulas aren't going to pull up cheap. They are paying him 16 mil in cash this year. Wait, they paid 1.4 billion for the team. Now they paid 1.416 billion for a team with LeSean McCoy, and freed up another 5 million in cap space. Who cares how much money he makes? We have cap space. It ain't my dough, but it is my team. Way to go, Bills. As for LaCanfora criticizing McCoy for a bad season.....1300 + yards? That's a bad season? Wait till this year.
  8. Thats precious and good writing to. (sidebar: on Facebook somebody was griping about Obama, and a person chirped in, "I am to stupid to get this." I followed with "We're all to stupid to get it." And she "liked" my comment.)
  9. Damn. I tried to point out how somebody used "mute" instead of "moot" point, and half you guys are correcting me as if I was the offending writer. I guess I need to brush up on my clarifying skills. Have a blessed day.
  10. You've got to be kidding. That's why I put those in....to exaggerate the poor writing. Your nuts if you're nuts hurt. http://www.syracuse.com/buffalo-bills/index.ssf/2015/03/buffalo_bills_reportedly_close_to_new_contract_with_lesean_mccoy.html
  11. I should have activated the sarcasm meter. Hard to believe a published writer can put "mute point" in an online article.
  12. McCoy was surprised and "not happy" about the trade, according to Josina Anderson of ESPN. But that seems like a mute point now, as the trade will become official when the league year opens at 4 p.m. on March 10, and McCoy is expected to show up happy. This is from an article on twobillsdrive.com today. The writer is from Syracuse. Mute point. Thats' they're way of doing what there suppose to do. There like notary republicans, whom are you're best friend's.
  13. Stating the obvious: What we think has no bearing whatsoever on the outcome. Doug will do what is best for the Buffalo Bills. And Terry will cut the checks. And we will get much better. However, it's fun to read all the speculation. I get nut deep into all of this pondering and pontification.
  14. Who's David Harris? Was he on the field when we whipped the Jets by 43-23 or 35-3? Which one, or both? How many tackles did he miss?
  15. Cyrus is going to be a menace this year. Mark my words. He's been working 6 days a week on his skill set. He'll be a plow.
  16. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't all those guys dead? I remember Dan Blocker died and still did an interview for Playdead Magazine (in the National Lampoon).
  17. I see the Bills calling Mario and getting a restructure. I see that saving a significant amount of cap cash. I also see LeSean coming out of his funk and restructuring, as he has no guaranteed funds for 2016. The Bills have promised to make him happy. I see a few cuts and restructures ahead for some other guys as well. Have you seen the cap hits? We know Urbik has to go. Eric Wood needs to convince them that he's back. Leodis may not make it, and he's got a 4.9 cap hit. It seems to me that Mario loves playing for the Bills, and he will want to help. Dareus has an 8 million dollar cap hit this year. If they extend him, maybe they get some immediate relief. In other words, today's cap space does not necessarily mean anything. I believe the Pegulas are going to spend as much as they possibly can to make this team great again.
  18. Our defense was better without Kiko. I love the guy, but he is gone. He was an asset who was traded for one of the top running backs in the game. When is the last time the Bills had one of the top running backs in the game? Travis "papa" Henry? Willis? Freddie is awesome, but not one of the best in the game. Thurman. 1990's. It's been a minute. Let's let Rex and company put together an offensive line to get the job done. The defense is solid. Keep Hughes. Sign Revis. Done.
  19. Anybody read Darwin Walker's tweets about Buffalo? What an a - ho. He was traded to our team in 07 and never reported. That makes Buffalo a bad place to play?
  20. I just read that Shady is willing to restructure, but not take a pay cut. By the way, this is not the same old Bills. Not even close. Let's let Doug keep rolling.
  21. Can't they renegotiate LeSean's deal? Maybe this is why it's taking a week.....to put the final deal to paper and not have a huge cap hit. No surprise that Kelly wants Kiko. He probably thinks he created him. Kiko made a lot of tackles. But I remember at least 2 huge TD runs that went through his gap when he over pursued. Plus as has been pointed out numerous times here, our defense was solid without him. Maybe Kiko wanted out because he wasn't sure where he would fit in here. I doubt this was a single move. I think this is one in a series of calculated moves to improve this football team. It's exciting to me. Our offense sucked last year. It just got a whole lot better.
