Season ticket holder here from Southwestern Ontario. The WAY better half was born and raised in Buffalo and introduced me to this curse.

Brad Smith will be competing with other receivers and special teams players for a spot on the roster. It will be up to him to make it or not. Vince Young will compete against Pigpen for the back up QB spot. One of the two will not make the team. The #3 QB will be a rookie/developmental QB. Pretty simple in my opinion. I like that we have healthy competition for roster spots. It has been a while since this team has had this kind of competition. Kudos to Buddy and Chan for turning this team around.

Enough to challenge for a playoff spot IMO. Enough to have a few players lead the league statistically. Enough that teams will be once again afraid to play in Buffalo! Enough that there may be interest in my tickets in December! Sorry, may be your opinion but it is not the truth. Fitz has the talent and the players surrounding him to be succesful.

IMO there is only one key to improving our season IMPROVE THE DEFENSE!!!! Everything else on this team is good enough to challenge for a playoff spot. If we address our defense, and I believe we have done that, I expect the Bills to challenge for a playoff spot.

I do not agree that the Bill's are a "Good" football team. IMO a good football team would have the resources and depth to overcome th injuries the Bill's sustained. The Bill's are still a middle of the pack team, not good but flirting with it if all things fall into place. The Bill's need a couple more drafts and some free agent signings to become a "Good" team.

Nothing ventured nothing gained is what I say. This move is no worse than taking a flyer on a receiver in the 7th round, as the Bill's did with Stevie Johnson.

Will be difficult to get tickets in the lower bowl in your first year. There are always ticket holders in the upper levels looking to move down and the Bills will satisfy those people first. I have been in the lower bowl now for 4 years behind the Bill's bench. This after 4 years in the upper bowls and moving down every year. I have been trying to move closer to the 50 yard line on the same side for the last two with no success.

Too easy to blame the interceptions on Fitz. The receivers have to take their share of the blame. With a better defense this team, with Fitz as QB is battling for a playoff spot.

IMO the defense is what is letting this team down time and again. If we start fast the defense, when we need them cannot step up and shut the other team down. If we start slow the defense is incapable of stepping up to shut the other team down until the offense can get started. We are then behind and the original game plan is out the window Improvements need to be made on the defensive side of the ball. The offense is fine, we were up 21-0 on the Pats yesterday. If the defense was at all half decent that should have been enough.

Johnson's immaturity will definately hurt him in negotiations. Teams are tired of "Me First" players like SJ. I am not saying don't sign him but I would put some clauses in the contract to protect the Bills against this type of crap in the future.

I agree. Those with season tickets should give them up in dispute. Stop paying your money for a team that does not want to win. Stop spending your money on tailgating and party elsewhere. Now what is the phone number of the Bill's ticket office so I can upgrade my seats.
