We have the players, it is the coaching that is lacking.

You may not like Fitzpatrick, but when a team puts up 34 points on a lousy Tenessee team they should win. The Bills are scoring enough to win games. If the defense was at all half decent we would be 5-2 or better right now.

Whatever defense you elect to run, the one thing you cannot be is predictable. That is Wannstadt's defense, vanilla and totally predictable. That is why experienced QB's and offensive coordinators have easily exploited the Bill's defense. I believe it is the coaching that is the problem with our defense. I would rather see us take our chances on blitzing rather than sit back and allow us to be picked apart.

Count me in this camp as well. The coaching staff inspires zero confidence and the play of the team reflects that. A couple of more losses and the heat on Chan will increase and he will need to make more changes.

I see this game getting ugly real fast. Houston knows Mario's weakness and will exploit it. I see Houston running for 250 and another 350 in the air. The only chance we have is to start fast and get a few breaks. Please Chan I am begging, do not defer and give Houston the ball to start.

Perhaps the coin toss, which we will defer. Houston drives the lenght of the field for the first TD and we are never close again.

I'm in this camp. I was under the impression that Wanny supported the decision to go after Williams. Either way you build the defense around the strengths of your players.

Count me as another in this camp. Mario and the entire defense is not being put in situations to succeed and their play is reflective of that. The play calling is vanilla and atrocious. Wanny is like the guy who buys a Ferrari but does not know how to drive a standard. THIS is the one thing Chan needs to do. Bring Wanny down to the field.

The defense that Wanny has been running is so vanilla, any team is capable of picking us apart. How can you justify having Rogers covering the Titan's best receiver. It should not matter where the player lines up. In Wanny's defense Rogers plays the slot receiver irregardless of who it is. On the deciding play we should have been in man to man coverage with double on the best players including Rogers. We should have blitzed with all linebackers forcing the Titans to keep the tight ends in for protection. Just my two cents but at least it is more original than anything Wanny has been able to come up with this year. I remember that play and was thinking the same thing. How can you possibly have Kelsay in any coverage? It is truly mind boggling. With the exception of Gilmore, none of our corners would be starting on any other NFL team. That said it is easy to blame the corners but how can they be expected to cover when the QB is having all kinds of time to throw. We need to put in more blitz packages. No way Hasselbeck has that much success if we pressure him.

I would like to know, what pattern was Donald Jones running on the play we had an interception. It was 3rd and 7, please don't tell me he is running a fly pattern! Every receiver on that play should have been running short routes to get the first down. Had DJ ran a stop route, which is what I am betting Fitz expected, we have a completion. I believe this was a mistake by Donald Jones but Fitz would never throw him under the bus.

The only question I have is ..If you can really predict the future, why are you wasting your talents on the Bills?

Not being able to throw the deep ball is one reason for this offense being very predictable. We need to open up the playbook and play to our strengths. 1 Run the ball with CJ and Freddie at least 30-35 times a game including on third down. 2. Throw in some reverses using Graham or CJ. 3. Throw out of the Wildcat, let's see Brad Smith throw it deep. 4. Use the tight end more. Chandler should have 6-8 receptions a game. There are ways to mask the weakness of your QB, can Gailey put in plays to do that is the question.

Until the bills start pressing with their corners and playing man to man with pressure up front, it does not matter who is playing corner. I like McGee but I am not sure he can cut it anymore. McKelvin, good on returns but not a capable corner.
