  1. Graham will sign if he can manage to hold onto the pen.
  2. Maybe he can't sign it because he keeps dropping it.
  3. That guy in NE is the best of my lifetime, hands down. 5 rings. Went to the playoffs even when Brady went down. Responsible for Giants defense that took two. Parcells won none without him. The only one in his league is Lombardi and it's much tougher to win now then it was then, and he is never not in the thick of it.
  4. Yes. If he plays in the first 5 regular season games, you win. 4 is a tie. 3 or less, I win. I'd go for 50 bucks.
  5. I'd take the under and that doesn't even take into account his effectiveness.
  6. Over under for Merriman regular season games is 4.
  7. Every time he is about to sign it he drops the pen.
  8. What does washed up have to do with repeated serious injuries?
  9. To me, not writing him off represents foolishness. Can anyone name some players who suffered multiple severe injuries over a series of seasons that returned to become a viable player?
  10. Linebacker depth is not a problem. Starting linebackers, until they prove otherwise, is a problem.
  11. Kemp OJ Bruce Cornelius Bennett Elbert Dubenion
  12. Today the owners of all the other teams are scheduled to hold a press conference to announce that they are forfeiting the next 5 seasons.
  13. None of this alters that Graham is easy to separate from the football. Will be curious to see if anyone in Buffalo management addresses this and why they feel it is correctable.
  14. Simply saying that it is hard to break bad habits as you go up the ladder. All of us here post our opinions and in the end they mean nothing, but if I had to make a wager I'd bet against. Hopefully he becomes Jerry Rice.
  15. By the time you make it to the NFL, good luck changing the way a player reacts after he has been doing it for 10 years. He will have less time than he had before to adjust and be hit by bigger and harder hitters. Unless the coaches have magic pills, I don't see this one working out.
  16. Now list all of the players who fumbled a lot in college who never made it. That would cover hundreds of pages at this site. It may not happen in this case, but to gamble in the 3rd round when they were desperate for a #2 WR, it seems like a bungling move to me. Guess we'll see.
  17. Thanks. Just noticed your pic.
  18. Considering he fumbled ten times in the last two seasons against far less tough guys than he will be facing, I think he will never make it in the NFL.
  19. I don't know the poster and therefore cannot distinguish between sarcasm and stupidity in this case, and after reading lots of not too bright posts I could not be sure.
  20. Yes, negative media coverage has been holding back the chances of winning a Super Bowl. Great insight.
  21. Aside from Graham who we already know is a fumbling machine, all seems well.
  22. The glaring remaining need is LB The glaring remaining need is LB
  23. Gut feeling they go with Lindsay Lohan.
  24. I need the draft to happen soon. Too many "experts" here who think they know what will unfold and who will pan out. Except for a scant few players every year, it is a total crap shoot to people who are far more knowledgeable and clued in to the various skill sets of these names, than those of us expressing opinions here. If everyone knew what they were talking about, Tom Brady might have been drafted a tad earlier. The funniest notions are the ones that profess to know which players would be a "steal" in Round 7. How many people here were screaming to get Steve Johnson before his draft? The only guy who has seemed overrated to me is Ingram and I base that solely on the fact that he has been described as quick off the snap and he seemed exactly the opposite to me. Doesn't mean he won't end up a Pro Bowler, though. Hey, I'm just a bit overloaded and needed to moan a bit. Please forgive.
