  1. Easily the most ridiculous post in this thread.
  2. Anyone who would not prefer Geno over EJ based on what they have seen so far is lying to themselves. It could change, but so far, no contest. Geno made big mistakes but looks like a natural passer. EJ often looks clunky in his passing mechanics and his accuracy has been poor.
  3. Signs of life?! Unbelievable. A receiver who can't catch catches one ball in a game where he dropped a perfectly thrown deep ball, is now being given props. The single lowest graded receiver in the entire league last year. A fumbling machine in college. A speedster who can't separate from a defender. Sounds like a keeper.
  4. Tuel did not impress. Neither did Manuel. Why can't Graham get hurt so I don't have to see him anymore.
  5. Every game someone tells me that THIS one is a big game.
  6. If Buffalo has the lowest ranked qb you take consolation that Brady , who is 4-0, is ranked 24th?
  7. I have no idea if Hackett is an issue but if you are expecting glowing results from an offense that features a line that opens few holes and protects poorly, in combo with a rookie QB who seems lost at times and whose accuracy is at best questionable and a receiving corps with one NFL caliber player.........
  8. It does not matter how you are defended when you cannot hit a pass for more than 12 yards.
  9. If a poster was a real man he would never question the manhood of someone without standing in front of him. I remember fans calling JR Richard names and questioning his manhood.
  10. Yes, Geno had more time to throw but boy is he more accurate so far. Pocket presence might get better for both of them but accuracy usually does not change much.
  11. I had no idea you were so accomplshed. Clearly, your expertise triumphs over the staffs of an NFL football team. By the end of today I expect a major bidding war among all NFL teams, fighting to acquire you to run the medical requirements for all concerned, not to mention every major college program. Then we will all be able to say that we knew of you before you became the Surgeon General of the United States.
  12. No reason to mince words. Graham was a fumbling machine in college. In the NFL he does not even get a chance to fumble. He was rated by one set of metrics as the worst WR in the NFL last year. He should be on the bench or cut. There is no way that Easley is not better right now, and I know that ain't saying much. EJ desperately needs another target.
  13. The Bills were shredded on both lines of scrimmage. If not for the Jets constantly imploding with stupidity, the scoreboard would have been lopsided. I remember a lot of posters here pre-season explaing that at the very least, the Bills will be better than the Jets.
  14. I learned that the difference between this team and the teams of the last ten years is not very much at all.
  15. At Shea Stadium, watching OJ go over 2000.
  16. Anyone who believes Buff shut down the running game is clueless. When a team averages 4.5 yards per carry, they were not shut down. People who believe we did a good job against Brady are also missing something. His receiving corps might be the worst they will see this year. The Bills lost to a decimated offense. If not for a bunch of undisciplined penalties the Bills could have won though. Considering they spent the pre-season taking penalties in bunches it is hard to believe that the pattern will stop. Going forward, Spiller will get better and Manuel will shine, so the future is bright if the team and head coach gets smarter. I wonder if they will get smarter, tbough.
  17. They lost because of threads like these.
  18. Upon reflection, I wonder whether the Bills will be better or they faced a team that without Brady would be putrid. That he could win witht those receivers is amazing. Anyone who defends Marrone for that game is an idiot. Besides his retarded challenge, you learn in Pop Warner to slow it down late when you have the lead. Enthusiasm is nice. Committing endless penalties is bad coaching. The defense might be better than last year. Manuel will be a good one. Too early to know about great. As I have maintained since the day they got him, Graham should not be here. He is useless, at best.
  19. Hope we win but Marrone's first use of the flag made him look like a moron.
  20. Whatever looks good at my local sports bar in NYC.
  21. N.E. 38 Buff 24 To me, our only hope is that the D line plays like they were supposed to play last year and the Pats receivers don't perform well.
  22. Curious as to what a QB can learn from watching tape of a cornerback.
  23. Yet to be in a sports arena without tons of drunken fools, except for tennis. Hockey and football are the worst.
  24. Your logic is that the loser of the Super Bowl is no different than every other team. Even if we accept your premise that they won Super Bowls because of cheating - something I find to be absurd - they have won the division every year since then and have remained a perennial Super Bowl contender. To dismiss that accomplishment is just so incredibly absurd. It is nice to see that someone else is willing to call Belichick a genius here, though.
  25. Of course it's partially luck, partially skill, and partially hard work. Everything is. In order to be lucky, you better have those other two traits also, to increase your chances of getting lucky. The Pats have displayed this tenfold. The Bills haven't, at least not in recent memory. Brady is an all-time great. Belichick is an all-time great. We can cry and call them cheats and blahblahblah about it, but they win. Consistently. Brady goes down and Cassel looks like an all-pro. He gets a mega-deal and plays worse than a Bills QB. The Pats rotate garbage wide receivers in and out and they continue to win. The receivers play well there, stink it up elsewhere and return to be good again. This is great management of resources and putting players in a position to excel. That organization is the model for how to run a franchise.
