  3. Best tight end I have ever seen. A pleasure to watch play. I should hate him because he's not a Bill?
  4. If Rex still believes ground and pound is the way to go, he's an idiot.
  5. I would hate it. He throws like Trent Edwards, now.
  6. Your comment is confusing. If it is by the book it is by definition not cheating.
  7. Belichick is smarter and better at his profession than any coach I have ever seen in any sport. Brady was unbelievably great in that game. His offensive line may have been worse than Buffalo's.
  8. I can see saying that maybe they reversed teams, their stats would have reversed, but to state that Watkins is better is silly, so far. Trading that #1 remains a colossal error because it was predicated on EJ blossoming.
  9. Until they have a QB, they are going nowhere. Horrific offensive line doesn't help. No running backs is bad but that's not hard to fix. I would guess back to 7-9 next season.
  10. I have always believed that a QB with accuracy issues is a negative. To feel otherwise is irrational. Orton misses targets on a regular basis. He is in the bottom 20% of starting QBs, and that is probably being generous. The Bills have a Super Bowl worthy D and a garbage QB and Oline. It's a shame.
  11. Wow. Spell check on phone sucks.
  12. Simple equation. If EJ was the answer, the Watkins deal would have been great. Since EJ does not appear to be the answer, the Satisfaction nseman deal was a step backwards. We could have taken any of a handful receivers and kept the pick next season.
  13. When I watch Orton I can't help but think that the Watkins trade was a bad one. For it to have been a good trade, EJ would have had to be a playoff-caliber QB. So far, he isn't even an NFL starter. They have no first round pick next year. They could have had 3 other excellent WRs if they had not made the deal and they could have retained next year's 1st rounder. They better get lucky in next year's 2nd round or it's going to get more bleak in a hurry. Some QBs do just fine with little running game. When a QB keeps moving on, he's not the answer.
  14. You can say that all of those guys were in Belichick's league, but calling any of them better at this point is laughable. He has 5 rings and his teams have dominated during the cap era for over a decade. That is insane. Every other franchise has run hot and cold during that same time. Matt Cassell.
  15. I thought it was a poor decision before it happened. Never move up and give up your 1st rounder unless you think you are getting a franchise qb. Receivers are wayyyyyyyy easier to replace than qbs.
  16. Orton and Flutie? A guy who cannot move and one who could. Maybe you meant they are both male.
  17. Orton sucks Manuel is a few levels below sucks.
  18. I think it's more likely that Orton gets hurt on a sack before the season is over than any of the other possible scenarios. Hopefully I am wrong, but he is unable to step out of the way when under pressure, almost every time.
  19. Rooting against a sure thing does not paint you in a flattering light. I used to work for one of the biggest bookies in the country and the notion that the size of the market in some way influences the results is nonsense. Lines are set with the goal of getting equal action on both sides. Nothing else. Maybe you're not a smart gambler rather than unlucky. Considering that about 99% of regular gamblers lose it's not that much of an insult.
  20. So, clearly you don't waste your time rooting for the Bills. Since you believe it's fixed, you can't root for theBills. No one in their right mind would do that.
  21. The key word in my comment was "root".
  22. People who think this or other games are rigged and continue to watch and root could not be more stupid. I love the Bills, but I am a huge admirer of New England, except when they play Buffalo.
  23. He is not the answer because he is a total statue. Injury is inevitable.
  24. The notion that 6-10 is out of the question is wrong.
  25. Easily the most obnoxious post I have read here, to date. No one can be certain how this will turn out. No matter how great a WR becomes, a good starting QB will always be more valuable. We won't know what Buffalo could have gotten next season until next season.
