I'm very concerned about your observations. -

Hey, I'm not the one teaching that Jews killed Christ, nor repeating it here, like Sherpa, a notion that has played a role in the deaths of millions of Jews. I'm also not the founder of the Protestant movement that advocated for the extermination of Jews. But, as usual, rather than address those points, you do what you always do. -

Pay attention. It's the edges of the Right AND Left that are openly anti-Semitic. Do you remember Charlottesville? Do you remember Jews will not replace us? Do you remember good people on both sides? And, remember that the Founder of Protestants played a big role in the anti-Semitism in 1930s Germany. -

And some people can't understand why anti-Semitism is baked into some followers of Christianity. All they need do is read your words to understand. Reminds me that as a kid, a lot of the kids who went to Catholic school hated Jews because they were taught that Jews killed Jesus. And here we go again. -

If you believe in God, you have to understand that no one could kill Jesus without the permission of God. The notion that the Jews killed Jesus has been used as a rationale for trying to wipe them out multiple times. It's bullshiit. It's like the folks who say God put Trump in office, but he didn't do the same for Biden. You either believe he controls everything or you don't. Personally, I don't think he had anything to do with what Hamas did, but similarly I don't think he had anything to do with the defeat of the Nazis. -

This rise in anti-Semitism started to skyrocket under Trump. Then it was the Right. Now it's the Left. It's a universal. I wouldn't waste a minute watching the POS Gibson in anything. Yet, you mentioned Jews sending Jesus to his death. Here's the deal: If Jesus was the son of God, no one could have killed him without his and God's permission. -

A very Mel Gibson view of ancient history. It reveals quite a bit about you, including why you would love the new Speaker. It also perfectly explains the history and current uptick in anti-Semitism. -

Surprised to hear that someone believes the Old Testament is not considered as the word of God by fundamentalist Christians, but not that surprised. Also interesting that we can interpret some of it as moot and some of it as relevant today. You either believe it's all the word of God or it isn't. -

I do. https://www.quora.com/What-are-some-of-the-violent-verses-in-Quran Interesting to know that you'd be just fine with a Speaker of the House living by the Koran. Let's now try it for the Bible: Isaiah 13:9: “Now, the day of the LORD is coming — cruel, and full of wrath and fierce anger… (16) Their little ones will be dashed to pieces before their eyes. Their houses will be looted, and their wives will be raped.” 2 Kings 6:28–29 Then he asked her, “What’s with you?” She said, “This woman said to me, ‘Give up your son so we may eat him today, and tomorrow we’ll eat my son.’ (29) So we boiled my son and ate him. The next day I said to her, ‘Give up your son so we may eat him,’ but she had hidden her son.” "But if ... evidences of virginity are not found for the young woman, then they shall bring out the young woman to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones..." (Deuteronomy 22:20,21) I don't want anyone running the government who uses the Bible or any religious book as his world view. Somewhat ironically, Trump doesn't adhere to anything in the Bible and has said he has never done anything he should repent for. -

Didn't figure you for one who would be fine with a Muslim head of the House saying that his world view is guided by the Koran. I learned something new about you. I wonder if Callahan agrees with you. -

You couldn't glean my answer from my question? So, either you're against Johnson's statement or you wish to live under a theocracy. The guy I posted to wants a theocracy. -

“Go pick up a Bible off of your shelf that is my world view.” - Mike Johnson If a Muslim was elected as the Speaker of the House and substituted the word Koran for Bible, would you be fine with that? It's a clear Yes/No question. -

Ah, the old ostrich head in the sand way of dealing with reality. Let's cut to the chase. Which is more important to determine how America should be run, the Constitution or the Bible? Johnson says it's the Bible. I say the Constitution. You? -

Actually, it was quoting Johnson directly. You couldn't figure out that it was his mouth that was moving? You people are even slower than I give you credit for. -

With Meadows cutting a deal, the noose got tighter. Trumpers response remains, "Hey, look over there!". The Walls Be Closing They know he’s guilty, except for the terminally stupid.
-
Trump is proven corrupt over and over. The evidence that Biden is corrupt is that he's been there a long time.
-
Trumpers think because corruption exists and that Trump wasn't part of the government before, that he isn't corrupt. That's Trumper logic. Even though they can plainly see him lie constantly, steal constantly, and consistently commit other crimes, they pretend it's not happening. To be fair, some are just stupid.
