  6. As to the income tax - TX also has no state income tax, so that is not why he took Jax over Houston. And NYS will send him a bill, regardless of the rules.
  7. with the Roman hire, the Ryan hire makes total sense . . . Pegs may or may not know football, but he knows how to assemble a team of winners. Man I hope I get to change my avatar this year...
  8. Well one thing is for sure, if Mr. Pegula decides he wants Shanahan or Holmgren or Cowher as HC, he will pay the man whatever it takes. This could be good and could be bad. But not "same old OBD".
  9. Couldn't help notice how big "HOPE" was in ours, in relation to anything positive in any of the others.

  13. Freddie plays with AMAZING heart.
  14. That's why Freddie and Choice are so critical. Nice having Summers too.
  15. Other members have pointed out an unacceptably large number of questionable offensive calls this season. I have nothing against Hackett and maybe he is the wunderkind of the future, but to put him in the OC position with ZERO NFL experience (in anything) is a real head-scratcher. The three throws at the end of the first half is prime example - gave them a TD for no reason. There have been many more. If Marrone wants to bring up Junior, fine, make him QB coach or line coach or something, not OC. Imagine if we had a Pettine-level OC . . . we'd be undefeated . . .
  16. Hackett also has zero experience as a professional football coach. He has no business being our OC.
  17. Stig, you must be joking . . . EJ's more than "not bad". Regardless of his paper stats, he LED the offense in every game, especially the almost-win vs Pats and the actual win vs Carolina. When he left the Browns game, the offense EVAPORATED. Being a QB is about more than pass completion percentage - you must inspire confidence and get OTHERS to play at their best - EJ does that, as a ROOKIE! He's going to be a top-10 QB someday - maybe sooner rather than later. <<GUSH>> Thank you, Debbie Downer. Best D we've had in years. I agree about the backup QB though.
  18. Can we all agree now EJ is the heart & soul of this offense? BTW with a better OC we are 3-1 going in and still could have won this one too.
  19. Everyone just settle down. We are still winning.
